This beautiful semi-detached house, with shared pool, is perfect for 5 guests who love the sea, since this is only 1.6 km away from the cove of Cala Pi.
The exterior area of the house is wonderful. First of all, the private and cosy porch invites to have breakfast before heading to the space shared with the neighbour house, where you can bask in the sun on one of the 8 sunloungers and then cool down with a dip in the chlorine pool or under the spray of the exterior shower. The shared pool sizes 8.5 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.8 to 1.8 metres. Afterwards, you can enjoy the sun with a good reading on the top terrace where you'll find two more sunloungers, an exterior sofa and amazing views to the sea. The best way to end your day is with a succulent dinner cooked on the gas BBQ.

Inside, you'll find an airy living-dining-kitchen with AC, that's perfect to cook delicious recipes on the ceramic hob. Then you can relax on the sofa and watch the TV-sat. There are three bedrooms with twin beds, a closet, a ceiling fan and AC (one on the ground floor and the other two upstairs, with access to the terrace). Finally, you'll find two bathrooms, one with a shower on the ground floor and the other with a bathtub on the first floor. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Cala Pi is a residential area with a mainly rocky coast, steep cliffs and a spectacular landscape. Its impressive cove is only 1.6 km away from the house and the area offers grocery stores, bars and restaurants. We invite you to skirt the coast by car so that you discover dream-like beaches like Cala Blava, sa Ràpita, ses Covetes or es Trenc.
