At 140 m from Playa de Gandía, this two-storey house is simply wonderful as it consists of two independent apartments. It offers accommodation for 8-10 people.
This beautiful house is ideal for families or groups of independent friends, since each of its two floors offers a nice apartment with separate entrance. In addition, it is even more perfect if you are beach lovers, due to the fact that it is only 140 meters away, a short walk!

Each apartment has a large living room with TV, open to the kitchen. This last stay is equipped with all the utensils you may need to cook as if you were at home, including gas hob at the ground floor apartment and ceramic hob on the upper floor. Then, there are two dormitories with a double bed in each (without wardrobe), as well as a shower bathroom. For two more guests, the sofa in the living room becomes into a sofa-bed. There are washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Playa de Gandía is the appropriate destination if you are looking for a mild climate, sea and services. The beach and the area of all the bars, restaurants, cafeterias, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, etc. are only 150 meters away from the house . We also recommend you going to Rafalcaid beach or to the street markets on Sunday afternoons.

Note: This renting does not accept guests under 25 years, except when they travel with their parents. We do need ID copies of each person in order to be able to accept the booking.
