Beautiful house on the outskirts of Valldemossa for 4 people with fantastic views over the mountains the famous Valldemossa Charterhouse
Evenings at night in this house are unforgettable! On the terrace, under the starry sky and while gazing at the panoramic view of the village full of warm lights, you can light the barbecue and prepare tasty delicacies accompanied by a good glass of wine. During the day, imagine how magical it would be to relax in the sun, sipping a coffee and reading something while enjoying the views of the charming village and the imposing mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. There are direct neighbours.
The accommodation, decorated in an exquisite rustic style, is featured by an ample living room open to the dining area with satellite TV and fireplace, a kitchen, a shower bathroom and two bedrooms. The renewed and practical kitchen comes with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and all tools you may need to cook as if you were at home. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The two bedrooms are very beautiful and luminous; one of them has a double bed and the other one comes with two twin beds. A cot and a high chair can be placed in any of them. There are 3 fans available in case you need them. There is gasoil central heating in the house.
The house is located in Valldemossa and is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages on the island for its tranquillity and incomparable beauty. It has lush vegetation, steep cobbled streets that invite you to lose yourself in them and enjoy their charm. It has a mythical hermitage and hides a cultural history not to be missed. It is such a peaceful village because it is still inhabited by warm locals and very respectful visitors. Here you will find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, transport, restaurants and bars. Not to forget the bakeries where you should definitely try the traditional coca de patata. Although the house is located next to the busy road, this also provides quick access to nearby idyllic places such as Deià or Fornalutx. In just 25 minutes by car, you can reach Palma, the island's capital, with its beautiful cathedral. If you prefer to enjoy the beach, we recommend visiting coves such as Cala Deià, Port de Valldemossa Beach, or Cala Banyalbufar.

28 guests reviewed this property. A beautiful spot, a chacterful space which is well equipped. Lovely walk to Valdemossa and beyond. Make sure you read the house rules to be aware that you have to take your rubbish. If you don't, you will be charged.

See more The casa was easy to find as its right on the principle road into Valldemossa from Palma. I had read a couple of reviews saying parking outside was difficult because of the sharp entry angle and narrow gate but we had no problems. It was convenient for quickly getting back on the road and out into the mountains. The views from every window are beautiful and the terrace which faces the village with vistas of the mountainside is big. Lots of space inside too and very clean and homely. Nice high ceilings. The shower has little water pressure which was a shame, especially as all the taps were fine. I wouldn't say it impacted the stay too much but it did turn showering into more of a chore than normal. A more delicate holiday-maker than myself might feel upset by it. Checking in and out was easy and communication was good. We stayed for a week over Christmas and were gifted a bottle of wine from the hosts which was very nice. Would stay again

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, konnten wir viel rumreisen ansonsten wäre es vielleicht ein bisschen einseitig gewesen.
We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Since we had a rental car, we were able to travel around a lot otherwise it might have been a bit one-sided.
See more Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Homerti. Maison toute charmante avec une très belle vue sur Valldemossa, accessible à pied. Le airbnb est bien tres bien équipé (lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux, jeux de société, bbq etc) même deux bouteilles en cadeau d arrivée.

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über sehr ansprechende Räume und vor allem über eine sehr große Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Valldemossa. Wanderwege im Gebirge sind sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit Bus und Mietwagen gut erreichbar, nach 15 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Zentrum von Valldemossa.
The holiday apartment has very attractive rooms and, above all, a very large terrace with a wonderful view of Valldemossa. Hiking trails in the mountains are easily accessible on foot, as well as by bus and rental car, and after 15 minutes on foot you can be in the center of Valldemossa.
See more Het is een heerlijk huis met een groot terras en fantastisch uitzicht op Valldemossa. Het huis is wat gedateerd, maar heel compleet ingericht. Het huis ligt op een fijne wandelafstand van het dorp. De wandeling zelf betreft een korte/stijle klim, maar eenmaal boven hadden wij alles wat we ons wensen konden. De huurauto konden wij op het terras parkeren. Ook dat was fijn.
It is a lovely house with a large terrace and fantastic views of Valldemossa. The house is a bit dated, but very fully furnished. The house is within a nice walking distance of the village. The walk itself is a short/steep climb, but once at the top we had everything we could wish for. We were able to park the rental car on the terrace. That was also nice.

It is within walkable distance from many restaurants/cafes/supermarkets yet still very private. The hosts were super responsive throughout all our stay!

Trotz der Autostraße die nahe am Haus vorbei ging, konnte man auf den vielen Terrassen gut sitzen und am Abend die herrliche beleuchtete Altstadt sehen.Ab 20 Uhr sind auch nicht mehr soviel Autos gefahren und vorallem keine Busse mehr.
Despite the road that passed close to the house, you could sit on the many terraces and see the wonderfully illuminated old town in the evening. After 8 p.m. there weren't as many cars and especially no more buses.

It was a nice vacation! The location of the house is very nice, with a view of Valldemossa. Ideal for 4 people. Simple but good facilities...except for the balcony furniture. They were very old and uncomfortable. We would come back. Heating is recommended in spring because the nights are still cool

Amazing place to stay for our family. The views are breathtaking, the balcony is vast and the house was very well equipped. We knew from the reviews that it was in a main road but this didn’t bother us and it is at the back of the house. This really exceeded all of our expectations!!!

Possibilité de se garer. Le village est tout proche à pieds. La route est proche mais calme la nuit.
Possibility of parking. The village is within walking distance. The road is close but quiet at night.

We had a lovely week’s stay at Casa Miranda. The property is located on the edge of Valldemossa and has simply stunning views across the little valley to the village. There can not be many places, where you can be doing the washing up, glance left and have such a perfect view of Església de Sant Bartomeu! The property was perfectly equipped for us and certainly spacious enough. The terrace that wraps around the property, provided really special views, and when it was not raining, many happy hours could be spent drinking in the view. You can easily walk into Valldemossa along a little lane at the side of the property. Being in the mountains there are of course some gradients! There is parking right outside the property, which is better with a small car. The property owner was super helpful when we had some issues with the heating. The direct relationship for the booking / listing is via an intermediary however, not the actual owner. We are certainly planning to come back to Casa Miranda in the future.

See more Estupenda casa a 5 minutos andando del precioso pueblo de Valdemosa. Pasamos 10 días y la casa tiene todo lo necesario. Con espacio de aparcamiento en la propia vivienda y una terraza magnífica para disfrutar del atardecer. Buen sitio para iniciar cualquier ruta por la Sierra de Tramontana y a 15 minutos de Palma de Mallorca, desde donde visitar cualquier zona de la isla. Acceso sencillo mediante llave en caja de seguridad.
Great house 5 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Valdemosa. We spent 10 days and the house has everything we need. With parking space in the house itself and a magnificent terrace to enjoy the sunset. Good place to start any route through the Sierra de Tramontana and 15 minutes from Palma de Mallorca, from which to visit any area of the island. Easy access with key in safe.
