Disconnect in this marvellous typical Majorcan house patio, full of vegetation and nice corners to spend a fabulous vacation. It includes a table to have a vermouth before lunch, enjoying the freshness of the patio in the hottest days. The house has direct neighbours since it is located in the centre of the village, and privacy is total.

When you get in you will feel commuted to a different era since you will find the stately style of the former upper classes, with unique furniture pieces, antiquities, wooden beams, the Majorcan architecture traditional arch, etc. The house has 452 m2 in two floors. On the ground floor you will find a stately entrance with unique details which gives access to the different rooms in the house. Up some steps you will find the formal dining room, with the same style, and capacity for 8 people. It is open to the kitchen which also has a dining table for 8 people, it is fully equipped including a ceramic hob, and it is also air conditioned. The first of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor. It counts with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and exit to the exuberant patio. There is also a toilet with a basin and WC on the ground floor. The stair to get to the first floor will also transport you to a different century. On the first floor you will find the air conditioned living room where you can relax and rest on one of the comfortable sofas while watching the TV Sat (only German channels). By the sofas there are another dining table for 4 people ideal to play cards after lunch. The rest of the bedroom are on this floor. The first of them counts with two single beds, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and the last bedroom is the same.

The property has a second more informal building with access from the patio, where you can have a comfortable family life. There you will find a an open area which includes living room, dining room and kitchen, where you can watch TV (no Sat channels) or enjoy a delicious meal on the table for 8 people. The kitchen has a gas oven and cooker and will allow you to cook comfortably during your stay. Up some stairs you will find other rooms to have a rest including the jacuzzi area, where you will spend an incredible time. There is another bathroom with a shower in this second building and it is on the 1st floor.

In addition to all this, the house has a cot and a high chair for a baby, and there are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is close to the centre of the town, in a pedestrian area near to the village square, the shops and the restaurants. Don't forget to taste the traditional food in one of these restaurants. At the same time, the house is very near to the beach of Puerto de Alcudia, characterised by its white sand and crystalline waters, where you will enjoy the sun and water sports, and where you will find a goof leisure and restaurants offer. If you are a golf lover, the nearest house is only 11 kms away. The village is very well communicated with the rest of the island, close to the highway, so you can visit other places easily.
