The exteriors of this wonderful property are prepared to offer you the relaxation you deserve. Enjoy the wonderful chlorine pool of 15mx20m and a depth range between 0.9m and 2m. Sunbathe on the sun loungers or play with the little ones in the playground. If you wish, there are also basketball, football and tennis courts at your disposal, where you can spend a pleasant time together with your loved ones. Both in the outdoor porch and in the dining area of the terrace, you will be able to extend the evenings while enjoying an aperitif. The property is located in an urbanization, so there are direct neighbours and privacy is partial.

Inside the one-storey house, decorated in the purest Ibizan style, you will find a warm living room equipped with AC, TV and DVD player. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, you can use any of the 3 bedrooms available. The first has a double bed, the second has a bunk bed and a single bed and the third has two single beds. All equipped with radiators. Two bathrooms serve this property: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

Benitachell is a municipality located in the northeast of Alicante. It is the ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and get lost exploring its exceptional coves with cliffs and sea caves. For wine lovers, there is good news! In the fields of Benitachell you can taste the flavour of the authentic muscatel, thanks to the cultivation of the local grape.

The swimming pool is open from June 4th to September 4th.
