This majestic semi-detached three storey house with sea views will transform your stay in the island into a dream. Its located in Can Picafort and it has capacity for 6 people.
Each one of the three terraces of this house, located on different floors, become the perfect place to enjoy the sun beams while coming all together to have breakfast, lunch or dinner with your family; or even while reading a guide of places to visit in Mallorca and forgetting about the rest of the world. However, if you don't feel like staying at home, the fantastic beach of salted and crystalline waters is just a few steps away!!

The house features a warm, luxurious and funny decoration and it has a fantastic living room, when entering, with satellite TV and air-conditioning which breaks into the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen presents designed furniture and large countertops, an induction top and access to the outside. Here you will also find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. The house offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, two shower bathrooms (one on the ground floor and the other upstairs) and a toilet on the top floor. Bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed and a walk-in closet, the other two come with two twin beds and a wardrobe each. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

The area of Can Picafort is perfect for long walks along the promenade or the white sandy beach. At night, when the sea breeze allows ro breath, the perfect plan is going ou to have some drink or beer or, why not, a cocktail in any of the beach bars by the shore. Despite the village is full of people in the summer, there is still peace and calm. If you fell like going to visit beaches, coves, shops, restaurants and other lively places, you must visit Puerto de Alcudia or even the capital of the island, Palma, if you don't mind to drive some kilometres away. For sure, you won't regret!!
