Welcome to this cute apartment with a shared swimming pool located in Portopetro at the east of Majorca island, for 4-6 people.
This cute house disposes of a chlorine 7m x 3m swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1m to 7m, ideal for a refreshing swim, and is only shared with two more neighbours. Outside you can sunbathe while reading a book, or if you feel hot but you don't fancy swimming, there is a shower too for you to use. The hanging hammock invites you to rest while contemplating the Mediterranean views.

The ground floor has a private furnished terrace terrace, ideal for a nice barbecue with the family. This lovely house is located in a three building fenced spot.

In the past, the house was used by many fisherman's as their house and it was restored very gently. It has a totally equipped vintage gas kitchen.
The living room disposes of a firewood heater and satellite TV, also a sofa which we can make up comfortable a sofa- bed for two more people. Beside you can find the dining room, with space for 6 people which gives access to another room with two single beds, separated by a cute room divider. There is another bedroom equipped with a wide double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and you have at your service two fans and a radiator. If you need more fans, we can provide them under request. The washing room is shared, and it has a washing machine, an iron, a dryer and an iron board.

Portopetro is a fishing village, located at the east of Majorca island, and is a very nice place to spend your beach holidays. At the port area, you can find a wide range of fantastic restaurants offering the best fresh fish and seafood offer. We recommend to visit the coast and all the idyllic beaches like Cala Egos, Cala Mondragó, Cala Gran and Cala Ferrera.
Cala d"Or is a very lively place where you can go out at night or have a nice walk at the seaside.

You can also visit San Salvador sanctuary, located at the top of a hill and with wonderful views to the forest. if you want to meet the authentic side of Majorca, you can visit Santanyí, walk around the typical tight streets and go for a lovely dinner to one of the majorcan restaurants. If you like going to the market and buy fresh local fruits and vegetables, it takes place on Wednesday and Saturday.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Due to the proximity of the road to the property, some cars noise can be heard.
