Comfortable country house for 6 persons + 2 extra, with an elevated pool, in Inca, at 20 minutes by car from the beach.
In the garden you will enjoy total privacy, to sunbathe on one of the two sunloungers, have an appetizer on the chairs, in the shade of the umbrella, or freshen up in the elevated, chlorine pool, which measures 3,5m diameter, with a depth of 1,5m. On the porch, in front of the living room, there is a bench with a table and a barbecue, to prepare some great meals with your family. There are neighbors next to the finca.

The 105m2 house is ground-floor only The living- and dining room counts with a dining table for 6 persons, a sofa, two arm chairs and two rocking chairs, to relax and watch satellite TV. The house is equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The kitchen is independent and counts with a gas stovetop, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare your favorite dishes during your stay. Two of the three bedrooms count with a double bed (one with an en-suite shower) and the other has two single beds. All count with a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a bathtub for general use of the house. In the bathroom, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On request, we can prepare the sofa-bed in the living room for a 7th and 8th person, as well as a baby bed and a high chair.

The house is strategically situated in the centre of the island, with easy access to any corner of the island. Inca is only 1,5km away and there you will find all kinds of services like supermarkets, restaurants and shops. There is a market on Thursday. Nearby, you might want to visit the romantic mountain villages like Selva, Caimari or Mancor de la Vall. en Sineu, a 14 km de la casa, hay un bonito mercado los miércoles por la mañana. In Sineu there is a big market on Wednesday. The nearest beach (Port d’Alcúdia) is only 20 minutes away by car.
