This great chalet is perfect to spend an exceptional vacation. It comes with a beautiful and practical exterior area to enjoy the good weather in the island. There is an above floor pool which delight children but also adults and will allow you to cool down and wash off the sand after a long beach day. The salt pool sizes 5 x 3 metres and it has 1.20 metres depth.. By the pool you will find the perfect place to have a vermouth before lunch at the garden table and chairs. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The 130 m2 beautiful house has just one floor. There is a large, luminous and rustica living-dining room when you enter. It features all comforts in order to feel at home: the cosy sofa from which you can watch satellite TV, the wood stove for the coldest days and the air-conditioning in case it is hot. The dining table has room for 8 people. The kitchen is independent and it has the perfect equipment to cook during your vacation like a gas stove and oven, dishwasher or microwave. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms in the house where our guests can rest. The first one presents a bunk bed; the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are equipped with a double bed each; and the last bedroom has two twin beds. All of them presents a closet except for the first one. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair on request. Two shower bathrooms complete the accommodation.

If you are in search of peace, Colonia de Sant Pere is your destiny. Don't miss a long walk from here to Son Serra de Marina, enjoying the views and the little coves of sand, pebbles and rocks you will find along. The village has the basic services for an independent stay: some restaurants, pharmacy, a little supermarket. Everything else can be found some kilometres away in Can Picafort, where there is also a large sandy beach where you can also practice water sports. In the afternoon you can visit Puerto de Alcudia, Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa, with shops, restaurants and a wide leisure and night offer.
