The chalet is close to the golf course and the natural beach of Oliva Nova and has views of the sea, the golf course and the mountains. The terrace is a nice spot for a large breakfast or a tasty barbecue in the evening. After spending a day on the beach, you can wash away the sand by the exterior shower. There's a private 200m2 sized and fenced paved area. As the house is in a town, there are direct neighbors.

This chalet offers accommodation on two floors with a sitting-dining room, a kitchen with vitro hob and utensils, a bedroom with double bed and a laundry with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board on the ground floor. The first floor consists in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. A cot and a high chair are available on request. One bedroom on the upper floor has access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms with bidet (one with shower and one with bathtub), both exterior. There's central heating for the winter.

The detached chalet is in the family-friendly urbanization of Oliva Nova, perfect for playing golf or enjoying the beach. The access to the beach is easy and it is not necessary to cross the street. A few minutes' drive takes you to the center of Oliva where you can find supermarkets, restaurants and much more. Beach bars invite you to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. The zone is also nice for water sports like kite- or windsurf.
