Holiday house Dolceta

Welcome to this wonderful and charming house with a Mediterranean flair! It has capacity for 6 people and it is located in Colònia de Sant Jordi, only 100 metres far from the beach.
There are three double bedrooms. One is fitted with a double bedroom and two with twin beds. All of them count with a ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms. One of them is the house and the other one is outside, next to the terrace.

You can feel the Mediterranean flair in every room. Relax in the air conditioned living room, which is fitted with two sofas where you can rest while watching satellite TV or surfing the internet (WIFI). The dining room area is furnished with a table and seats for you to get together and enjoy meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay: microwave, vitro ceramic hob, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, etc. The laundry area is outside, next to the terrace. It counts with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Go outside to the terrace and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this house. There is a table and seats where you can enjoy outdoors meals and take advantage of the good weather on the island. In addition, there are two sunbeds for sunbathing.

Please note that pets are not allowed. There is a parking place in the garage.
Colònia de Sant Jordi is just 45 km far away from the airport and the beach of Es Trenc, well known for its crystalline waters and white sand, is 8 km from the house. Nearby you will find other beaches like Platja del Dolç, del Port, del Marqués and a lot more!

There are boats from Colonia de Sant Jordi to Cabrera Archipelago Maritime-Terrestrial National Park. Go for a day trip to this stunning corner of the Mediterranean! You can also visit the Salina, where salt is separated from sea water. In Colònia de Sant Jordi you have all the services you might need during your stay: ATM, supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc.
If you like cities, you cannot miss Palma! There you will find lots of services, cultural offer and a great variety of shops. Get lost on the tiny street of the Mediterranean Pearl!

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
