Welcome to this beautiful semi-detached house located in Andratx. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The outside areas are very beautiful. There is a furnished terrace with magnificent mountain views, and a barbecue.
This 82 m2 house, distributed over three floors, has two bedrooms: one double with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub on the first floor and one twin on the second floor. A cot and a high chair are available on request. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The living room is welcoming and has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning and fabulous views. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped, with glass-ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Andratx is a lovely town which offers all possible amenities: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports club, libraries, medical centres, etc. Besides, Port d’Andratx, known for its extensive tourist facilities, is just 5 km away. Among the leisure activities you can go sailing, canoeing, etc. Hiking lovers will enjoy the excursions to Sa Coma Freda, Puig de So na Vidala, etc.The area is surrounded by various coves like Cala Racó, Cala Marmassen Cala, Cala de s'Aritja, and different beaches.

3 guests reviewed this property. Wir waren mit dem Personen in dem Ferienhaus und waren voll begeistert. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist unschlagbar, über den kompletten Ort bis zum Hafen von Port d´Andratx. Fußläufig sind mehrere Restaurants, Marktplatz, Bank, Bäcker usw. zu erreichen. Das Parkplatzangebot ist knapp, in der Straße selbst eigentlich nicht möglich. Wir haben das Gepäck in der Straße darunter be- und entladen dann eine Treppe hoch. Einen Parkplatz haben wir dann in der Nähe gefunden.
