Welcome to this lovely stone house in the charming town of Valldemossa, right in the Tramuntana mountain range. It has capacity for 6 people.
This is a unique and privileged house for those whole love the mountains, the charming villages and the sea, which is only 7 km away. At the back of the house you will find a beautiful and wild garden where you can enjoy a good reading. If you prefer the shade you can stay beneath the tree and enjoy the nice scent of the aromatic plants. The terrace is covered by vines and next to it you will find the porch with the barbecue where you can cook delicious meals. The property is fenced and since the house is within the village, there are neighbours next to.
The two-storey house has a traditional style. The living-dining room is an example of the Mallorcan style and it offers a little TV with satellite channels as well as a wood stove that you can use when it is cold. The kitchen is well equipped including a gas stove, oven and utensils to cook. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower on the ground floor and the other with a tub which is located upstairs. Regarding the bedrooms, there are three in total, all of them with a closet. There is one on the main floor and it offers twin beds. The other two are on the top floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. In addition, both of them offer a fan an exit to a wonderful balcony. In one of them we can place a cot and we can prepare also a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.
The house is located in a residential area about 500 metres away from the town square of Valldemossa, a charming village in the Tramuntana mountain range. You can practice hiking and cycling since it offers different roots to the nearby villages throughout the mountains. The city of Palma is 15 km away so you can drive there for a worth visit. The villages around also are wonderful like Banyalbufar, Deià, Esporles and Galilea. The village offers all basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets, tapas bars, restaurants and much more. The nearest beach is a semicircular little cove, with pebbles, gravel and rests of marine vegetation 7 km away in Port the Valldemossa but you also can head to Puerto de Soller or Cala major, near Palma, both of them sandy beaches.

Todos los espacios estaban muy limpios y bien mantenidos. La casa, pese a tener otras cosas muy cerca, se sentía tranquila ya que no había vecino en esas fechas. La empresa que gestiona la casa lo ha ejecutado todo con mucha organización y facilidad. La llegada y la localización muy fáciles, y un gran punto añadido es poder aparcar con facilidad delante de la casa. Gracias por todo.
Everything perfect. Tastefully decorated house, with typical Mallorcan furniture and a pleasant and well-kept garden. All spaces were very clean and well maintained. The house, despite having other things very close, felt quiet since there was no neighbor on those dates. The company that manages the house has executed everything with great organization and ease. Arrival and location are very easy, and a great added point is being able to park easily in front of the house. Thanks for everything.

Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille a Valldemossa. Tres content du lieu, du logement, meme si nous n'y etions pas tres souvent car il y a de nombreuses balades a faire. Vaste pièce a vivre, de très grandes chambres, nous y etions avec nos 3 enfants, tout le monde a trouvé sa place.
We spent 10 days with family in Valldemossa. Very happy with the place, the accommodation, even if we were not there very often because there are many walks to do. Large living room, very large bedrooms, we were there with our 3 children, everyone found their place.

La maison correspond bien au descriptif de l'annonce. La maison est saine, le jardin est magnifique et l'environnement est calme malgré la présence de voisins proches. Le village pittoresque est magnifique, ce qui attire beaucoup de monde l'été. Cela peut être contrayant à certaines heures de la journée. Si vous recherchez des plages de sable, il faudra compter entre une demi heure et une heure de route en moyenne; les plages de galets les plus proches restent toutefois très jolies. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour à Valdemossa.
The house corresponds well to the description of the ad. The house is healthy, the garden is magnificent and the environment is calm despite the presence of close neighbors. The picturesque village is beautiful, which attracts a lot of people in the summer. This can be annoying at certain times of the day. If you are looking for sandy beaches, it will take between half an hour and an hour's drive on average; However, the nearest pebble beaches remain very pretty. Geräte wie Klimaanlagen, Küchenausstattung funktionierten einwandfrei. Der grosse Pool und der grosszügige Garten machten grosse Freude.
The accommodation fully corresponded to the description and our expectations. It is somewhat remote from the town and offers plenty of peace and privacy for optimal relaxation. Appliances such as air conditioning, kitchen equipment worked perfectly. The large pool and the spacious garden were a lot of fun.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, sodass zwei Familien sehr angenehm unterkommen können. Der Außenbereich und der Garten sind toll bepflanzt und laden zum Verweilen, Spielen und zu Entdeckungstouren für Klein und Groß ein. Für die ganz Kleinen gab es sogar ein aufblasbares Planschbecken. Die Möglichkeit innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß in das wunderschöne Zentrum von Valldemossa zu laufen oder Wandertouren vom Haus aus zu starten ist großartig. Bei den regelmäßigen Besuchen des Eigentümers zum Bewässern und Bearbeiten des Gartens (alle drei Tage für 2-3 Stunden), hätten wir uns zumindest eine Ankündigung bzw. Absprachen gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles nahezu perfekt.
The house and garden are beautiful!!! Everything is prepared with great attention to detail. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house offers a lot of space, so that two families can accommodate comfortably. The outdoor area and the garden are beautifully planted and invite young and old to linger, play and explore. There was even an inflatable paddling pool for the little ones. The possibility of walking to the beautiful center of Valldemossa within 5 minutes or starting hiking tours from the house is great. With the owner's regular visits to water and work on the garden (every three days for 2-3 hours), we would have liked at least an announcement or arrangements. Otherwise everything was almost perfect.

Maison agréable dans le plus bel endroit que nous avons visité à Mallorca. La maison est propre et au calme. Le jardin est magnifique. Ce qui pourrait être utile pour les touristes arrivant en avion avec des enfants : quelques jeux de plage, ballons... qui sont difficilement transportables et très pratiques sur place. Des sacs réutilisables pour les courses au supermarché seraient également utiles. Néanmoins, la maison est globalement bien équipée.
Pleasant house in the most beautiful place we visited in Mallorca. The house is clean and quiet. The garden is magnificent. What could be useful for tourists arriving by plane with children: some beach games, balls... which are difficult to transport and very practical on site. Reusable bags for supermarket shopping would also be helpful. Nevertheless, the house is generally well equipped.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Valldemossa verbracht. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und 1 Baby und hatten genug Platz in dieser Unterkunft. Hochstühle und Babybetten waren vorhanden, ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auf der Terasse steht ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal. Der Garten ist eine wunderschöne Oase mit Obstbäumen, mediterranen Pflanzen, Kräutern und Palmen. Wir hatten super Wetter und konnten auf der geräumigen Terasse mit Blick auf die Berge und den Garten Frühstück und Abendessen genießen. Die Weinreben über der Terasse bieten im Sommer Schatten. Mitte Mai war die Terasse noch nicht vollständig überwachsen, so dass tagsüber wenig Schatten vorhanden war. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Der Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und einer tollen Bäckerei ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Es Taller in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Leckere und ausgefallene Tapas in einem stylischen Ambiente. Um die Umgebung zu erkunden empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen. Wanderwege starten aber auch direkt in Valldemossa. Kommunikation schnell und freundlich, Check in problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft, die sehr gut für Familien geeignet ist.
We spent a great week in Valldemossa. We were 5 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby and had enough space in this accommodation. High chairs and baby beds were available, as was a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a gas grill on the terrace. We found the house very clean. The decor is rustic. The garden is a beautiful oasis with fruit trees, Mediterranean plants, herbs and palm trees. We had great weather and were able to enjoy breakfast and dinner on the spacious terrace with a view of the mountains and the garden. The vines above the terrace provide shade in summer. In mid-May the terrace was not yet completely overgrown, so there was little shade during the day. Free parking spaces in front of the house. The town center with shops, restaurants and a great bakery can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The restaurant Es Taller in the immediate vicinity is highly recommended. Delicious and unusual tapas in a stylish ambience. To explore the surrounding area, we definitely recommend a rental car. Hiking trails also start directly in Valldemossa. Communication was quick and friendly, check-in was easy via a key box. We recommend the accommodation, which is very suitable for families.

See more Sehr komfortables Haus, das glücklicherweise etwas abseits des touristischen Treibens in Valdemossa liegt, von dem sich aber trotzdem dort alles gut zu Fuß erreichen lässt. Wunderschöner, gepflegter Garten, gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Haus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Leuk typisch Spaans huis met prachtige tuin! Wij waren hier met 4 volwassenen en 2 baby's en dit ging heel goed. Vooral de ligging is perfect. Je loopt zo de straat uit het gezellige dorp in of begint vanuit huis aan mooie wandelingen of autoroutes!

Parking is extremely easy outside the property and the check in was very straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a baby and a young child. In particular we loved the enclosed garden in which we could relax and allow our three year old to explore by herself. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. And our amazing stay was topped off by the two resident tortoises in the garden and the local Scops Owl.
Valldemossa is an amazing town and this property is the perfect base from which to explore it and the rest of the island.
