Welcome to this cosy Ermita with privileged views to the Serra de Tramuntana, located in Estellencs. It is a romantic corner for 2 people.
Enjoy the enchanting view from the terrace or start the day with a refreshing dip in the 18 x 9 m community pool. The pool is kept clean with chlorine and has a unique location in the Tramuntana mountains.

The 50 m2 studio, situated in the middle of the mountains, has a cosy living room with two comfortable armchairs, a small table, two single beds and a traditional fireplace that gives a charming air to the place. The kitchen, located in the same room has a gas stove and is equipped with coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a sink and shower. The property is equipped with air conditioning. You will have access to a community library, located inside a 16th century hermitage. In total, there are four houses within the plot.

The house is a paradise for all lovers of hiking and outdoor sports and people looking for something different. It is a corner away from mass tourism, stressful life and allows a stay in harmony with nature. To get to the house, you have to walk about 500 meters and we advise you not to travel with too heavy luggage. Although we accept children, it is not advisable to travel with infants or small children because of the location of the house - here you walk a lot!

Estellencs is a charming little town located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has only 384 inhabitants, and retains the charm of authentic Mallorca. If you are looking for tranquillity and a Paradise place, do not hesitate to visit this town and those around. In Estellencs there is a small shop and restaurants. For large purchases, you can travel to Andratx, 18 km away. Palma is about 30 minutes drive, where you will also find a great variety of tourist offer. Cala Estellencs is a small virgin cove practically uninhabited.

Note: No guests under the age of 20 can be accepted unless accompanied by their parents. We require a copy of the identity card of all travellers to accept the booking.

The communal pool is open from May to October.
Holding events is not allowed on the property.
It is forbidden to fire outdoors, as it is a protected area.
Pets are not allowed.
There is community parking on the property.
To access this property, it is necessary to walk about 500 meters, with some steps. Not recommended for children.
200 meters from the house passes a public path.
There is no washing machine, iron or ironing board.
