Welcome to this country house located on the outskirts of Sencelles. It has capacity for up to 6 people.
The garden surrounded by the lawn invites to enjoy peace. Two porches completely furnished invite to celebrate the evening with your family, maybe cooking a delicious barbecue? The little ones can play at the playground in the meantime. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The property is distributed in two buildings of a single plant each. In the main house there are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with shower, one of them en suite.
For our younger guests we will prepare a cot and a highchair. In the cozy living room you can watch satellite TV or just relax on a comfortable sofa. The kitchen, with ceramic stove, is independent and has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. The dining room is in the same area. The living room and the main bedroom feature AC. Six electric radiators complete the equipment.
In the second building, there is a kitchen with gas stove and a bathroom with shower. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
The house is located in the countryside but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the village of Sencelles, a charming village in the center of the island. There is a small supermarket, a bank, restaurants and everything you may need for your stay. The car is necessary to get to the beach and to move around the island. We recommend you to visit a "celler", typical Mallorcan restaurants with local food. Wednesdays take place the weekly market in Sineu, the most traditional of the island., with its market stalls, full of fruits, vegetables, clothing, crafts and jewelry.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft großes Grundstück schöner Garten für Kinder mega viel Platz zum Spielen und sich austoben. Genügen Platz um sich zu entspannen. Die Lage sehr Ländlich mit Auto sehr gut in ca 45 Minuten am Strand egal wo auf der Insel
Very nice accommodation, large property, beautiful garden for children, lots of space to play and let off steam. Enough space to relax. The location is very rural and you can reach the beach in about 45 minutes by car, no matter where on the island

Ein paar Hinweise: + sehr netter und unkomplizierter, schnell erreichbarer Ansprechpartner vor Ort + alles sehr sauber + großes Grundstück mit Zitronenbaum, schöner Garten, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen + gute Ausstattung mit Küchensachen - Lage der Unterkunft: Wenig außenrum zu machen, Auto zwingend notwendig - Fluglärm, erstaunlich laut durch Tiere in der Umgebung (Tauben, Hunde, Esel...) - kleiner Esstisch und drinnen nicht so schöne Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten --> Unterkunft v.a. für den Sommer geeignet! -/+ viele Katzen rund ums Haus, auch auf den Gartensofas Schön wars:-) Vielen Dank an Homerti!

A few notes: + very nice and uncomplicated, quick to reach contact person on site + everything very clean + large property with lemon tree, beautiful garden, lots of seating outside + good equipment with kitchen supplies - Location of the accommodation: little to do outside, car absolutely necessary - Airplane noise, surprisingly loud due to animals in the area (pigeons, dogs, donkeys...) - small dining table and not so nice places to stay inside --> Accomodation particularly suitable for the summer! -/+ lots of cats around the house, also on the garden sofas It was nice:-) Many thanks to Homerti!

See more Tak for fantastiske omgivelser for en dejlig ferie. Vi har nydt roen og de meget hyggelige udearealer. Huset er rent og det er meget velholdt både inde og ude. Der findes alt, hvad man har brug for af håndklæder, parasol, badedyr, pool, bordtennis, grill osv. Vi kunne ikke finde vej til huset, men blev hentet af vores meget gode vært inde i Sencelles. There is everything you need from towels, parasol, beach animals, pool, table tennis, barbecue, etc. We couldn't find our way to the house, but were picked up by our very good host inside Sencelles. And on top of that, the hosts left us a gift of wine and chocolates. Thanks Michelangelo! The outdoor space is very spacious and the children enjoyed it very much. The kittens Pepe and Pruna were a plus, the little ones loved them, very friendly and polite. And the Wifi works wonderfully, I was able to work from home for several days without any problem. Also worth mentioning is the giant telemeter for film sessions. Everything wonderful, we will repeat for sure!

See more Es war eine sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Mit Auto war alles schnell erreichbar. Der Gastgeber Miguel war sehr aufmerksam, sehr nett. Ein paar Dinge im Bad, z. B. Armaturen und Duschvorhänge könnten mal erneuert werden. Auch die Sonnenliegen müssten bald ausgetauscht werden. Aber sonst war die Unterkunft wunderschön und auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.
It was a very nice, clean accommodation. Everything was easily accessible by car. The host Miguel was very attentive, very nice. A few things in the bathroom, e.g. B. Fittings and shower curtains could be replaced. The sun loungers also need to be replaced soon. But otherwise the accommodation was beautiful and very nicely decorated. We can highly recommend it.

Nos ha encantado Villa Cypres. La estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Prácticamente no nos hacía falta salir de la Villa porque disponíamos de todas las comodidades en un ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo. Miguel y María, los propietarios, la tienen muy limpia y muy bien cuidada y nos han atendido muy bien. Han sido muy atentos y agradables. Sin duda si nos alojáramos de nuevo en Mallorca, lo haríamos en Villa Cypres! Gracias Miguel y María.
We loved Villa Cypres. The stay has been very satisfactory. We practically did not need to leave the Villa because we had all the comforts in a very pleasant and quiet environment. See more Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, den wir gerne verlängert hätten! Das lag nicht nur an dem super Wetter und der Insel selbst, sondern auch an der sehr schönen Finca! Diese liegt ruhig und abseits der Tourismus-Orte. Das Haus ist umgeben von Mandelbäumen und Feldern, somit kein Lärm durch andere Urlauber und genau das richtige zum Entspannen. An der Ausstattung fehlte es uns an nichts; es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Besser hätten wir die Wahl nicht treffen können! Am Haus lebt eine schöne, sehr anhängliche Katze, mit der wir viel Freude hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns nochmals herzlich bei Miguel und seiner Familie bedanken! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
We had a wonderful vacation that we would have liked to extend! This was not only due to the great weather and the island itself, but also to the very beautiful finca! This is quiet and away from the tourist areas. The house is surrounded by almond trees and fields, so no noise from other holidaymakers and just right for relaxing. We lacked nothing in terms of equipment; Everything we needed was there. We couldn't have made a better choice! A beautiful, very affectionate cat lives in the house, which we had a lot of fun with. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank Miguel and his family again! We would love to come back!
