Is there something better to enjoy the Mediterranean weather than coming to this beautiful house in Sa Ràpita, a few steps away from the sea? It offers accommodation for 6 guests.
At the porch, you can feel the breeze and freshness of the sea nearby, which is only 150 metres away from the house. It is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, although you will surely be delighted with a coffee or an orange juice also in the morning, before leaving to the beach. A walk of no more than 1 km leads to the sand. After a long day at the beach, you can recover energy with a delicious barbecue al fresco. There are two terraces, one at the back of the house and the other on the top where you can play with the family little ones.

The house has all its rooms on the same ground floor. You will find a cosy living-dining room, ideal to watch satellite TV channels while resting on the sofa or to enjoy meals all together. The kitchen features a gas top, oven, lots of cabinets and the needed kitchen utensils. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub; and three bedrooms for your deserved rest. Two of them offer a double bed each and the last one has two twin beds, and all come with a wardrobe but one of those with a double bed. Of course, we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available.

Sa Ràpita is located in a coastal spot of a singular beauty, where you will find the most beautiful beaches in the island: the breathtaking paradisaical Es Trenc, Playa de Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita, obviously. In this area you will enjoy a varied offer of gastronomic services, all kinds of supermarkets, marina, and much more. If you feel like something cultural, pay a visit to the big capital, Palma, which only is 48 km away.

The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
