Fantastic rustic house in Selva, at the foot of the mountain and with an above ground pool. It welcomes 6 people.
Amid the mountains and the forest and only 550 metres away from the town of Selva, this great house creates the perfect and privileged atmosphere in order to enjoy a cool and relaxing dip in the chlorine pool. It sizes 7 x 3 metres with 1.5 metres water depth. Next to the pool you find a beautiful furnished area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfasts or delicious barbecues alfresco. You will also find 6 sun loungers to bask in the sun or read a book, and an exterior shower. The porch is the place where you can have a glass of wine in the evening. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The house comprises two floors. When you enter you find a rustic living - dining room which is equipped with TV-Sat and AC. Next you find the kitchen, also with a dining area, and equipped with a gas stovetop, oven and all you can need to cook as if you were at home. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To complete the floor you have a double bed room and a shower bathroom. On the first floor you have another bathroom with a tub and two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms offer a closet and a fan and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, it is important to note that the house works with solar power, that there are several wood stoves that you can use and that you will find several TV-sets but only the one in the living room offers satellite channels.

Near the accommodation you find lots of hiking and cycling routes throughout the mountain. We recommend specially the routes towards Mancor de la Vall, Biniarroi, Lluc or the impressive Puig de Massanella. You can also visit lovely villages by car, like Caimari, Moscari or the ancient Caves of Campanet. There are some services in Selva like some bars, restaurants and a supermarket but you can go to Inca (about 5 km away) for major shopping. The nearest sandy beach is the one in Puerto de Alcúdia, about 30 km away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
