This cozy terraced house in Porto Colom accommodates up to 6 people.
You can enjoy the terrace for relaxing on the sun, provided that the scheduled rest of the neighbors is respected.

The house features also charming private exterior areas, where you will find different areas for enjoy different part of a day. You can start your day with a delicious breakfast in the furnished 10 m2 porch. In the barbecue area you can prepare tasty meals and you can finish the day with cocktails on the outdoor chairs. There is an area of artificial turf with various toys for children.

The interior of the house is distributed over three floors. In the -1 floor, there is a reading room with a variety of books available. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the living room, a games room for children and one bathroom with shower. The kitchen with induction stove is very well equipped and has all the necessary cooking utensils. The living-dining room is very spacious and counts with one comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs and a wood stove.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and access to a furnished terrace of 10 m2; one with a trundle bed and the third one with two single beds and a dresser. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub. The house offers central heating and two fans. In the laundry there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If traveling with a baby we will provide a crib and a highchair.

The house is located in a quiet residential area of Porto Colom, a town konwn for its traditional fishing port. We recommend you visit the wonderful coves in the area: Cala Mitjana, Cala Marcal, among others. If you like sports like golf, canoeing or cycling, the area is ideal for you. You can rent canoes and bicycles in the center of Porto Colom. For golf lovers there is the Golf Course Vall d'Or very close, in the town of s'Horta.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
