This gorgeous rural house belongs to a villa with a few houses, with communal swimming pool, is located in Manacor and welcomes 2-4 people.
Welcome to this rustic but modern house with a shared chlorine 12m x 7m swimming pool, and a deph range between 0.60m to 2.10m, a children 3m x 2m one, with a deph of 0.35m. There is also an external shower and a washing room. You will have at your service an area with three barbecues, swings and slides for the kids and if you fancy you can refresh at the natural water tank. All this wonderfull spaces are communal between the four enclosured houses, where you can have a nice walk and enjoy the nature and the animals like sheeps and pigs.

This house is has one 75-80m2 floor, and a cute porch with an external area where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or reading a book in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Inside the house, you will find a living room equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, where you will love resting with your family. The open kitchen disposes of vitro hob and all the necessary amenities for cooking delicious meals. The bedroom has three individual beds, two measure 1.10m x 2.00m and another one 0.90m x 1.80m, equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom en suite with a shower. If you travel with your baby, it disposes of a cot and a high chair. We can also provide an extra bed with a little supplement, located at the bedroom or the living room if you wish.

You will also find a little shop where you can buy traditional majorcan products.

At Majorca east area, where this lovely house is located, you can visit a lot of beaches and idylic coves like Cala Romántica, Cala Magraner or Cala Mondragó. If you fancy, you can also go for a trip ending in a wonderful beach, Caló des Moro, highly recommended, located at about 33km. Between Manacor and Port de Manacor you can visit Cuevas dels Hams, with their internal lake. For the sports lovers, Porto Colom area is ideal for renting bikes and canoes, and very close by, you can practice golf at Vall d"Or Golf Course. This area also offers a wide range of restaurant, with majorcan typical food and some pubs where you can dance all night.

The agrotourism will provide you under request and without any charge distributed between the houses: five cots, a Nespresso coffee maker, parasols, beach towels, two baby carriers, and three strollers.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
