This detached house in a quiet area is located only 1 km from the beach of Sa Rapita and is ideal for 7 people.
Several terraces invite you to spend great evenings with your loved ones. The unfurnished roof terrace has unique views of the Mediterranean and of the whole urbanization. After a long day at the beach, the outside shower is ideal for cooling off. The house is semi-detached and is situated within a quiet urbanization.

The ground floor consists of a bright living-dining room with satellite TV and light color furniture. The kitchen with a dining area is well equipped, including a gas cooker. You ca find the washing machine, iron and ironing board on the terrace. A blender is available upon request. A bedroom with a large single bed and a bathroom with shower complete this floor.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with single beds and the third one with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. In addition, there is another bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Two of these bedrooms have access to a balcony. We can prepare a crib and a highchair on request. For the hottest nights, three fans are available.

Mallorca has many beautiful beaches, but those in the south have a special charm. The long beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita are natural spaces, protected by dunes and fine sand. Most of these beaches are on the coast without edification, only a few beach bars invite you to have some fresh drink. In Colònia de Sant Jordi there are good fish and seafood restaurants and during the summer you can make the boat trips to the island of Cabrera, protected by its unique fauna and flora. In surroundings you can explore more dreamlike beaches, such as Platja d'es Carbó and Es Port. In Sa Ràpita there are restaurants, grocery stores and cafes.
