The 124 m2 house is divided into two floors which are decorated in a simple but cozy way, with all you need to spend a fantastic vacation. Inside you will be able to disconnect in the lovely living - dining room, watching the TV on the sofa while refreshing with the air-conditioning or warming up by the wood stove on the coldest days. The dining table has capacity for 6 people. The spacious kitchen features all basic utensils to cook during your vacation and it includes a ceramic hob and a dishwasher, as well as a table with 4 chairs for morning breakfasts and a high chair. It exits to the porch. On the ground floor you can also find a shower bathroom and a double bed bedroom. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms, both with a double bed and one of them with exit to the first floor terrace. This last bedroom also has room for a baby cot and the bed for the extra guest. It has a double entrance: the main door from the 1st floor, and a spiral staircase that communicates with the living room on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms feature a wardrobe and the whole house is air-conditioned. In addition you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is in Son Ferrer, a quiet urbanisation surrounded by leisure places, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach is only 2.4 km away. That is, the ideal destiny to enjoy a good vacation. There you will find all basic services for an independent stay. And the property is also very well communicated with the rest of the island. You can visit the so near Port Adriano and learn first-hand the island glamour. Palma is also near and you can get lost in its little streets, visit la Seu or the beautiful Bellver Castle.
