In the large kitchen, with dining area and gas stove, is equipped with all necessary utensils needed to cook a favourite meal. The laundry room, with washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a bathroom with bathtub complete this floor.
On the first floor are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 1 wardrobe each. A spacious bedroom with double bed and bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub "en suite" has a small terrace and the fascinating view over the sea. One other bedroom has 1 double bed and the 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. In winter, the house can be heated with oil central heating. Baby cot and high chair are provided on request.
Located in a privileged environment, the house is located just ten steps from one of the best beaches, Es Trenc. This beach is considered a protected natural area. The area itself is very quiet but, at the same time, in Sa Rápita you have access to everything you may need during your stay. At about 10 km, in the village of Campos, a little more inhabited, you can visit the traditional market on Thursdays and the large market on Saturdays. For golf lovers, the Son Antem course is about 23 km away.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
