Welcome to this fantastic villa with private garden, terrace and barbecue located in Cala Egos, Cala d'Or. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The beautiful villa has a large porch where you can have a drink and relax, a garden with sun loungers for sunbathing and a barbecue where you can cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables.
The interior is divided into 2 floors and is fully equipped for a perfect stay. The living room has AC and Smart TV. The dining room overlooks the garden and has access from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor you have 2 bedrooms to relax in, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, AC and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with bathtub on this floor. On the first floor, which is accessed by the outside stairs, there is another living room with TV (no satellite), a bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan and a large bathroom with shower. The house has oil central heating and we can provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
The villa is located in a mainly residential area but with basic amenities such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants close at hand. The sea is really close by and you have a small cove, Caló des Pou, about 700 metres away. There are other coves not far away, such as Cala Petita or Cala Gran, and if you have the opportunity don't miss Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí or es Caló des Moro by car.

16 guests reviewed this property. We spent 8 days here with my friends. The apartment is a good two-story house. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a grill. We parked the car on the street in front of the house, and the washing machine was also useful. The host is very helpful, they took care of everything in detail, in case of a problem, they were quick to help, and we got the deposit back in a few days.

House was very clean, quite place and owner was very nice. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds and sofa were very uncomfortable. They are very old. It was not possible to sit on the sofa for an evening. We all had back issues from the beds. It's a pitty, because the rest of the house was nice.

See more Das Haus war sauber und gut gelegen. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und auch der Kontakt zu Homerti war einfach und gut.Wir müssen nur leider sagen, dass die Betten und das Sofa sehr unbequem waren. Auf dem Sofa kann man keinen Abend mehr verbringen, es ist kaputt und alt. Wir hatten von den Betten sehr starke Rückenschmerzen, da die Matratzen und Lattenroste sehr durchgelegen sind.
The house was clean and well located. The owner was very nice and contact with Homerti was easy and good. We're just sorry to say that the beds and sofa were very uncomfortable. You can't spend an evening on the sofa anymore, it's broken and old. We had very bad back pain from the beds because the mattresses and slatted frames were very sagging.
See more We had an amazing girls trip and the villa was just perfect for us! So much space inside and out to relax and only a few minutes walk to some beautiful beaches and restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and the host was lovely when we arrived!

The outside veranda place is the definite highlight, we spent a lot of evenings sitting there! Also the communication with Homerti as well as the owner was quick and without any problems. The owner is very sweet and was very helpful. Overall a really nice place to stay! We were happy that we rented a car because some of the more beautiful places and beaches are a bit further, but with the car it was perfect!

Logement conforme aux photos , propre et literie de qualité. Situation propice à la détente pour de bonnes vacances . Toni est un hôte adorable avec des petites attentions très appréciées colle les panières de fruits et les boissons fraîches. Nous espérons revenir.

See more Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Vorallem der tolle Garten mit Pergola war ein Traum. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet man hatte alles was man brauch. Antonio der Vermieter war super freundlich und spricht deutsch. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, ruhig jedoch mit dem Auto sehr zentral gelegen. Wir kommem gerne wieder.
The accommodation was very nice. Above all, the great garden with pergola was a dream. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you need. Antonio the landlord was super friendly and speaks German. The accommodation is located in a residential area, quiet but very central by car. We'd love to come back.
See more It was really clean, outdoor areas were our favorite. The Cala D’or Marina was 10 min by walk with a lot of restaurants and bars etc. Host Antonio was really nice and we appreciate the little gestures like fresh fruit and wine.. etc. Highly recommended, thanks!

See more The accommodation was simply stunning with everything we needed for our stay. There was two bowls of fruit and fresh flowers in every room. Toni the owner was always available but we had no need to ask any question. Can’t wait to stay there again
