Wonderful house that has space for 8 guests located on the seafront.
In the furnished porch you can eat in the open air, while contemplating the sea. The garden with sun loungers is offered for sunbathing or just relaxing.

It is a two-storey house that, immediately after entering, features some stairs through which you access to the luminous living-dining room. This stay has a comfortable sofa to enjoy the TV-SAT and a dining table for six dining guests. The air conditioning will make the hot days more refreshing. Likewise, the accommodation is provided with an independent gas hob kitchen, apart from all the necessary utensils to cook with total comfort. As well as all the above, there is a shower bathroom that services this floor.

Going upstairs, there are a total of four bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe too. Two of the dormitories have a double bed and one of these also has an en-suite shower bathroom. The third dormitory has two single beds; the fourth a trundle bed. All the mentioned bedrooms have an exit to the terrace and, in addition to it, there is another bathroom with shower as well. The house is equipped with oil central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board and, of course, there is availability for a cot and a high chair in case you come with a baby.

Puerto de Alcúdia area is special due to its wide range of tourist attractions, both water sports and night entertainment, shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and much more, especially in high season. It also has one of the most extensive and beautiful beaches of the island, because of its crystal-clear waters and its white sand. Nonetheless, if you would rather know little dreamy coves, then you can visit both Cala Sant Joan or La Victoria, some of sand and the others of rocks. If you are golf lovers,at 7.2 km you will find the Golf Alcanada, but in case you prefer the local traditional handmade street market, you must visit the one which takes place in Alcúdia on Tuesdays and Sundays.
