Who has not ever dreamed of waking up to the sound of the sea? In this summer house, for 7 people, you can enjoy wonderful sea views while having breakfast on the terrace. The accommodation inspires with its Mediterranean style and the quiet location.
This 2-storey house has 220 m2. Start your day having breakfast in the furnished terrace and enjoying the views to the sea. There is also a lawn area where the kids can play while you sunbathe after a dip in the sea, only 5 meters from your garden. There is also a BBQ and a space in front of the house to park your car. Three kayaks are available free of charge.

The house is very well decorated. The living room, equipped with AC, is very bright and is the perfect place to relax reading a book, watching satellite TV, or simply enjoying the views. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The adjoining dining area has a table and chairs for 7 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, all with double beds and fans at your disposal.

The location of the property is particularly beautiful. Alcanada is a very quiet area and is mainly inhabited by locals. In addition, many luxurious villas line the streets of the urbanization. At the end of Alcanada there is a quiet beach. Directly opposite stands a small island with a lighthouse, where you can swim to. Nearby there is the golf course Alcanada, one of the best on the island. A small supermarket and a few good restaurants complement the overall picture of Alcanada. In the area there are many beautiful bays and beaches. Especially recommended are the coves and beaches of Cala de Sant Pere, Playa Des Morer Vermell , Playa de la Victòria and Es Coll Baix.

This lovely location has most everything you need - enjoyed use of the kayaks! It is a good value for the money relative to other area properties. It was clean and ready for our arrival. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the beds: the mattresses are quite thin, and the bed sheets are substandard.

Une superbe villa avec balcon qui donne sur la mer très belle vue et très pratique pour se baigner dès que l’on veut. Très spacieux idéal pour voyager en groupe. Très pratique d’avoir une place de parking privé dans le jardin. Mise à disposition de canoës, très sympa pour aller sur la mer en face. Petit bémol il faisait très chaud et il n’y a pas la Clim mais je recommande ce logement !

A superb villa with balcony overlooking the sea, very beautiful view and very practical for swimming whenever you want. Very spacious ideal for traveling in groups. Very practical to have a private parking space in the garden. Provision of canoes, very nice for going to the sea opposite. Small downside, it was very hot and there is no air conditioning but I recommend this accommodation!

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am Meer. Schnorcheln kann man sehr gut. Der Supermarkt liegt ganz in der Nähe. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Für eine Großfamilie ist die Unterkunft ideal. Es hat Spaß gemacht

“Très belle maison, beau jardin dans un cadre magnifique. Il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture, à moins que vous désiriez faire du golf pendant toutes vos vacances. Le golf est au bout de la rue. Prenez du papier WC avec vous, c'était vraiment limite le premier soir! Heureusement que nous étions seulement 5!”

Una casa genial,cómoda,fresca y amplia para ocupar una familia o grupo de amigos hasta el número indicado. Localización perfecta al lado del mar,sitio tranquilo y con vistas preciosas, poco tráfico y jardín bien cuidado y muy útil. Muy recomendable y volveríamos encantados.Seria genial que hubiera un calentador de agua (Kettle) eléctrico y que hubiera agua para beber y un poco de gel, champú, y jabón de manos.Griferia de alguna ducha un poco vieja,oxidada. Algún olor de humedad en el piso de arriba.”.Presión de agua un poco baja para duchas.

A great, comfortable, fresh and spacious house to occupy a family or group of friends up to the indicated number. Perfect location next to the sea, quiet place with beautiful views, little traffic and a well-kept and very useful garden. Highly recommended and we would be happy to return. It would be great if there was an electric water heater (Kettle) and there was water to drink and some gel, shampoo, and hand soap. Some shower taps a little old, rusty. Some smell of humidity on the upper floor.” Water pressure a little low for showers.

There are not any air condition installed. That was troublesome. We tried to sleep with open windows but when we were sleeping we got a lot of bites from mosquitos. There is obviously no reception, but we the company Villafinca helped us twice during the week we stayed at this apartment. They were extremely helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Golf - 0463. The setting is superb - on the seafront in a quiet, affluent district. There are good beaches within walking distance, as well as a Michelin-listed restaurant that is reasonably priced. The house is also well setup for children - lots of toilets, a bath, the stairs are safe and the garden is large and fenced. Three of the bedrooms have sea view, and that view is simply spectacular. Thank you Bettina and we look forward to staying again.
