Welcome to this fantastic apartment for 6 people within the agrotourism Granja Sa Vinyota, located between Búger and Inca.
This agrotourism with 5 apartaments offers a fantastic shared exterior area where you won't miss a thing during your vacation. There is a great shared chlorine pool -that sizes 20 x 20 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.4 to 1.6 metres, a sun deck area with sunbeds and a tennis court. Each apartment has its own private terrace with 2 sunloungers and space to enjoy a delicious coffee.
Apartment 1 welcomes our guests with a great air-conditioned room where the living room, the living area and the kitchen are all together. Here you can relax while watching the TV-sat and later cook delicious recipes on the ceramic hob. There are three bedrooms with twin beds together and AC, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom for the rest of the accommodation. A baby cot, high-chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
This agrotourism is located in the outskirts of Inca, between this city and Búger, being the latest the nearest town, where you have bars, restaurants and any grocery shop. We recommend you go to Inca to do shopping and to enjoy traditional Mallorcan restaurants. You cannot miss its traditional street market on Thursday morning either. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, about 17.9 km away.
Tennis rackets and balls are not available.

8 guests reviewed this property. Great accomodation. Very clean, good communication, pool perfect. We were with small kids and we were very satisfied and happy. There are lot of towels, blankets, good washing machine, good kitchen. We appreciate that the accomodation in in the middle of island, so we can do a lot of trips.
See more Logement au confort rudimentaire situé au centre de Majorque. Situation pratique pour rayonner dans l’île. Voiture indispensable toutefois. A noter : les photos de l’extérieur sont très flatteuses.

Endroit idéal pour des personnes recherchant le calme l'isolement et le repos.
Lieu idéal pour les personnes appréciant le calme. La piscine et le court de tennis sont des plus agréable pour les jeunes.L'emplacement nécessite par contre une voiture de location pour aller faire des courses, des visites, découvrir les plages splendides de l'ile, etc.Depuis ce lieu nous avons pu visiter toute l'ile de Majorque avec des trajets de maximum 1h.En cas de questions ou problèmes l'hôte est réactif et facilement atteignable par message.
