This wonderful house, located 130 metres from the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, offers a second home for 3 people.
Having the beach just 130 metres away is the main appeal for our guests. However, if some day you prefer to enjoy the good weather more privately , the terrace at the house is perfect for that. Bask in the sun on one of the 2 sunloungers, enjoy the cool water under the spray of the exterior shower and cook a delicious BBQ alfresco.

Inside, the living - dining room will become a space of relax where you can watch satellite TV or read a book feeling the soft and cool morning sea breeze from the terrace open door. You'll cook delicious dishes on the ceramic hob of the kitchen. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with AC and closet each. On the ground floor there's one bedroom with a single bed and another with a double bed. On the first floor, the bedroom has a double bed. Two baby cots and high chairs are available. The bathroom in the house has a bath. Finally, there are two fans.

Puerto de Alcúdia is a wonderful coastal spot with white sandy beaches of crystal - clear water, like the ones in Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Muro. This also is a quite lively area with a wide range of bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, shops, supermarkets, etc. In addition, the street market in Alcudia is a must visit as well as Alcanada and its golf course.

There is parking space for 1 car in the property although the garage will be closed for guests.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
