This beautiful townhouse located in the coastal area of Novo Sancti Petri welcomes 8 guests.
The exteriors of this spectacular property are prepared to offer you the maximum comfort you deserve. The townhouse is located in a private urbanization that has a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 17m x 8m and a depth range of 1m to 1.75m, which will be ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. The property also has a private garden, where you can sunbathe on the sun loungers available or get together and enjoy the evenings in the outdoor dining area. The townhouse is located next to a golf course, making it ideal for golf lovers. Please note that the property is fenced, but with direct neighbours, privacy is partial.

Inside, the living area is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find a fantastic dining room equipped with AC and TV, where you can relax reading a book and having a drink. The kitchen is independent, has a ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep on this floor you will find a bedroom with AC and two single beds, as well as an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are three more bedrooms. One has AC and two single beds, one has AC and a double bed and the last one has a fan and two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. You will be able to use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Novo Sancti Petri is a luxury area located on the coast of Cadiz. It is characterised by its long golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters that stretch for several kilometres. It also has numerous high quality golf courses, as well as a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Its location also provides a privileged natural environment, which includes the Natural Park of the Bay of Cadiz, a fantastic protected area of great scenic beauty, rich in native fauna and flora, which is located just a few kilometres from the property.

The swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 30th.
The opening hours of the pool are from 11:30 to 15:30 and from 17:00 to 21:00.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
