Welcome to this wonderful terraced house located in San Roque, where 8 guests will find their second home.
The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the communal areas you will find several shared chlorine swimming pools, the largest one with dimensions of 26 x 8 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2 m. In the accommodation, a fantastic garden with sea views will be the perfect place to sunbathe, enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions or relax in the private jacuzzi. Due to its location in an urbanisation, the property has direct neighbours.
The interior of the property, divided into several levels and decorated with exquisite taste, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve and presents spacious and luminous rooms. On the main floor there is a living-dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, an independent kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and a toilet. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are four bedrooms with AC, located on the upper floors, which can be accessed via stairs. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a trundle bed and two double bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub and access to a terrace. On this floor you will also find another independent bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is a spectacular double bedroom with access to a terrace with wonderful views. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The property is located next to one of the accesses to the Alcaidesa beach, in an exclusive and quiet urbanisation with four large communal swimming pools and gardens. The community has security and concierge service, maintenance, gardening, cleaning and lifeguards. La Alcaidea beach is considered one of the jewels of the coast of Cadiz due to its tranquillity, golden sand and crystal clear waters, although it is also perfect for water sports and bird watching. Furthermore, the property is set in the unrivalled surroundings of the Alcaidesa private residential complex, with its own security and services, which has two magnificent golf courses with a total of 36 professional holes: Alcaidesa Links, the only links-type course in southern Europe, and Alcaidesa Heathland. The location of the house is also unbeatable, as it is only 5 minutes from Sotogrande; 15 minutes from Gibraltar; and 30 minutes from Marbella and Tarifa. San Roque, a town known for its beautiful historic centre, which has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, is also very close by. So, we encourage you to wander through its streets as you come across many charming corners and visit places of interest, as well as numerous entertainment venues and restaurants where you can enjoy the magnificent local gastronomy. If you wish to enjoy nature, you can visit the Alcornocales Natural Park, where you can go hiking and enjoy the local flora and fauna.
One of the four swimming pools is open all year round. The other three are open from June to September.
