Welcome to this fantastic terraced house located in a beautiful residential complex with shared pool in Puerto de Alcudia. It can accommodate 6 guests.
The beach is only 1 km away from this wonderful house, but it will be a real luxury to go out on the terrace and, after a good breakfast under a beautiful pergola, to go for a swim in the communal swimming pool. With a size of 12 x 6 m and a depth of 0.92 to 1.49 m, the water is chlorinated. There is also an outdoor shower if you want to cool off without having to swim or if you want to rinse off the salt from the beach. There are also four communal sun loungers for sunbathing or reading a book. The private terrace also offers you a great mobile barbecue for your alfresco lunches and dinners.
The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and some books for your moments of peace and quiet. The kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob and everything you need to cook to your heart's content, has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a bathroom with shower. Going upstairs, we have a second bathroom with bathtub and three bedrooms, all with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning, although two of them have access to a balcony. For a baby, we will prepare a cot and a highchair in one of the rooms.
Ideal for beach and sea lovers, this property is only 1 km from the fine sandy beach, an ideal beach for families with children, as the waves are moderate, the shore extends many metres out to sea and there are services such as restaurants and bars nearby and on the beachfront. Close to the accommodation you also have all kinds of services such as supermarkets and shops. If you are golf lovers, only 7.9 km away you have the golf course of Alcanada, where there is also a very inviting pebble beach.
The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9:00 h to 22:00 h.

Just returned from 10 fabulous days at Laguito in Alcudia, Mallorca. The house itself is lovely, it offers everything you need to have great self catering holiday. The private, covered terrace was a dream, as was the pool which we had largely to ourselves. Most of the other houses appeared to be occupied by some other holiday makers, but also possibly some locals (?), all of whom were really lovely. There are parts of the house that are getting a bit tired, and the downstairs shower is very small, the air con in one of the bedrooms was quite noisy but we were glad of the aircon in the first place! The bonus of a washing machine was excellent as a group of 6 to keep our laundry sorted out . It’s a tell tale sign of a good holiday when no one wants to leave! The house is a short stroll along the canal to the town - it’s a bit grotty in places as Alcúdia has sprawled in size and there are lots of shops selling rubbish but the Old Town and Port are not far away. Can highly recommend No Frills Excursions for any organised trips who have offices in Alcudia or you can book online. The house is a short stroll to the Eroski supermarket which we found superb value for money.

See more Duży dom w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do marketów i plaży. Nie potrzeba wynajmować samochodu, bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy z bezpośrednim połączeniem na lotnisko. Basen i taras są dużym plusem. Na pewno tam wrócimy i będziemy polecać znajomym.Brak przyborów do zmywania i sprzątania. Brak WiFi. Dwie rolki papieru toaletowego na tygodniowy pobyt czterech osób
A large house in a very good location, close to supermarkets and the beach. There is no need to rent a car, there is a bus stop very close with a direct connection to the airport. The pool and terrace are a big plus. We will definitely go back there and recommend it to our friends. No washing-up or cleaning utensils. No WiFi. Two rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay of four people

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 notti. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. I punti a favore sono sicuramente la piscina,l'area relax privata accanto alla piscina nella quale ci sono sdraio, sedie, divanetti e un grande tavolo e la disponibilità del proprietario, il quale ha risposto sempre in brevissimo tempo a tutte le nostre richieste. Punti di demerito sono l'assenza del wifi (anche se lo sapevamo al momento della prenotazione), ma pensiamo possa essere un ottimo servizio per poter migliorare il soggiorno in questa struttura. Al primo cibo lasciato "aperto" si sono fatte vive le formiche, quindi meglio lasciare cose in frigo o ben chiuse.
We stayed at this property for 4 nights. Overall we were very satisfied. The plus points are certainly the swimming pool, the private relaxation area next to the pool in which there are deckchairs, chairs, sofas and a large table and the availability of the owner, who always responded in a very short time to all our requests. Points of demerit are the absence of wifi (even if we knew this at the time of booking), but we think it could be an excellent service to improve the stay in this structure. The first food left "open" caused ants to show up, so it's better to leave things in the fridge or tightly closed.

See more We stayed in this house with 3 small children, who had a great time in the pool. The house was very nice and well equipped with furniture, both inside and in the garden. The agency was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The beds are a bit hard for our liking, but other than that we definitely recommend it.

The villa was in a good location just a short walk to all the amenities, and bars and restaurants. The surrounding villas where a combination of holiday rentals and private owned. The pool was fantastic and we will definitely book again for next year!

The complex itself is lovely, very clean, and very spacious, the pool is fabulous and the gardens facing on to the pool are just the best. Everything was perfect except we found it an annoyance to have to buy all the essentials ourselves when the whole lot can be bought for about 2/3 euro (no washing up liquid, sugar, salt, cloths etc.) Other than that would rate the house itself 10/10. Nice and quiet at night unlike some surrounding areas so perfect for a good night's sleep. Highly recommend.

See more We had a lovely stay in the house - it was a great size for our family of 5. In a quiet location next to the canal and lake which is very picturesque. The back garden and pool were perfect. It would have been nice to have things like soap, washing up stuff and toilet paper provided, also smoke alarm and most importantly wifi would be really nice!!
