Holiday house Mago

This charming wooden house in Nordic style, is located in Portals Vells, and can accommodate 6 people.
The exterior area of this house, surrounded by pine trees offer a different corners for spending a relaxing holidays. The porch of 30 m2 invites you to spend pleasant moments with your family or friends, enjoying a delicious breakfast or lunch. In the other, 10 m2 large porch, you can spend quiet evenings listening to nature. There is a small artificial lawn with loungers and 1800 m2 of field. Because of its natural setting, it is not allowed to make fire or barbecues.

The wooden interior of the house is very cozy and is ditributes over two floors. The kitchen, the living room and the dining room on the ground floor, sharing the same space, are all heated with a wood stove for the cooler evenings. You can relax watching TV-Sat on the two comfortable sofas in the lounge and in the kitchen with gas stove, you will find all the necessary utensils, you may need to cook like at home. The separate laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with twin beds; and another bathroom.

The accommodation has 2 heaters on request, and 3 fans. If traveling with a baby we will provide a crib and a highchair.

Portals Vells belongs to Calvia, and is located 12.4 km from Portals Nous. In just 150 meters from the house you can reach the Playa del Mago, nudist, quiet beach, surrounded by nature with fine white sand. Near this beach, there is another cove worth visiting: the Cala Portals Vells. There are restaurants and bars on the beach to take a delicious cocktail at sunset. It is certainly an area for spending a relaxing and funny holiday.

The legend counts, that the solid rocks for construction of the Cathedral of Palma, were taken from one of the coves of this area. We highly recommend you to visit he Cathedral, which is about 30 minutes by car, and you can take the opportunity to walk the streets of Palma and its variety of shops and restaurants.

Note The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
