Great house on the very first beach line in Oliva welcomes 8 guests.
From the furnished terrace you have direct access to the dunes of the beach of Oliva. Take a break from everyday life and listen to the sound of the sea in convivial rounds. The outdoor dining is available and sunbathing is possible on the terrace. A mobile grill is available. The house is in the village and you have direct neighbours.

You enter the house via a small staircase to the functional living - dining area with access to the terrace. Take a moment to breathe, before you cook together in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, microwave etc and all the basic utensils you need for cooking. Of course there is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. After a long day at the beach, you can rest in one of the 3 bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed and has a wardrobe, the second has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a double bed. The steps in this room lead to a terrace which is closed. On request, a cot and high chair can be provided. The bathroom with shower is outside the apartment and you can reach it via the terrace.

Oliva is a privileged enclave in the Mediterranean. The mild climate and the beautiful, golden sandy beaches make it the ideal place for an incredible beach holiday. In the village there are all services for an independent stay: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ... If you don't want to spend the day at the beach you can visit the historic center of Oliva. Excursions to the Marjal nature park or to the salty spring "Fuente Salada" are recommended.
