(+) Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über die Schlüsselbox und war völlig unkompiziert. Die Lage ist top. 2 Terassen, je nach Sonnenstand und Wind kann man hinten mit Blick auf den Pinienwald oder vorne mit Blick auf das Meer sitzen. Die Betten waren bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen guten Fernseher und deutsche Programme. Das Haus war sauber und für Wärme im kühlen April sorgten am Abend oder beim Duschen 2 elektrische Heizgeräte. In der Nähe ein kleiner aber gut sortierter Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!(-) Die Küche hatte wenig Steckdosen. Man konnte sich aber mit Mehrfachsteckern helfen.

Fantastic house close to the sea welcomes 6 people in Son Serra de Marina
Outside you can enjoy delicious lunches and dinners under the porch and admire the views while having a drink in good company. It also features a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meats and vegetables. You can also sunbathe on one of the sunbeds and enjoy the Majorcan summer. The house counts with another furnished terrace to go on enjoying the excellent summer temperatures. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
The 264 m2 house has just one floor accessed from a flight of stairs. You will fond spacious and luminous spaces decorated in a simple way which will make you feel at home. In the living - dining room you can watch the satellite television (only German channels) while you relax on the comfortable sofa. the dining table has capacity for 8 people and communicates with the kitchen through an open door and bar. the kitchen is spacious and it features an induction hob, a dishwasher and an electric oven, as well as a little table and two stools for breakfast. In this house you can rest in three bedrooms with a fan. One has a double bed and the other two a twin bed rooms. The three of them have a wardrobe. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath tub give service to the accommodation. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment.
The house is located in Son Serra de Marina, in a quiet area and without hotels, and it counts with basic services. The beach is only 1.4 km away. It is a sandy and pebbled beach with crystalline waters, with a family and local atmosphere. Can Picafort is also very near, and there you will find more leisure offers, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. You cam also visit Puerto de Alcudia and enjoy the water sports as well as its night life.
