Fantastic town house for 12 people located only 300 metres away from the sea in Colonia de Sant Pere.
We invite you to enjoy the wonderful private corner that this great house offers before or after an amazing day at the beach of crystalline waters. It is in fact a helpful porch which is perfectly furnished and boasts beautiful views to the mountain that you can enjoy while having a delicious breakfast or maybe a succulent barbecue. Some metres of terrace behind you find another interior terrace equipped with a sun umbrella and 4 sun loungers where you can read or sunbathe together with a glass of nice wine.

The house has 3 floors. The accommodation comprises 2 of them while the top floor offers a great space to play table tennis. When you enter the main floor, you find a comfy living - dining room with sofa, TV-Sat and a dining table in case you prefer to enjoy your mails inside. Then, you find a modern kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop, oven and a table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will find 6 bedrooms to rest in this house. Five of them present a double bed and the 6th presents twin beds. Then, 5 out of 6 have AC. Three bedrooms are on the main floor and the rest are on the middle floor. You will also find 3 bathrooms for the house, two on the ground floor (one with a tub and the other with a shower) and the other with a tub is upstairs. There are two more en-suite shower bathrooms on the first floor. We can provide a baby cot, a high chair or a fan if you need any of them.

The coastal town of Colonia de Sant Pere is quite peaceful because it is not extremely touristic. Its beautiful beach is only 300 metres away although there also are beautiful coves around characterised by their crystalline waters and peace. There is a great variety of services around like bars, restaurants, shops and you can even enjoy a boat excursion!
