This is a 2-storey house of 176 m2. It has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Five of the six bedrooms are on the first floor; the sixth is located in the basement. A total of three double beds, one bunk bed, one single bed and a single sofa bed are available. One bedroom with double bed has en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two bathrooms also have a bathtub.
The rustic living-dining area invites you to relax with a good book, watching satellite TV or having a nap. During cool autumn nights you can warm up by the fireplace. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a large table and 10 chairs. On the ground floor there is also another room with a table and two chairs. The accommodation has no AC, but we can supply you with fans if you request them.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday: toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and all the essential kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided. Of course, there is washing machine, dryer and iron with ironing board in the house.
The terrace with a size of 72 m2 is located on the top floor and is equipped with a table and six chairs. Small pets are allowed only on request. There is no garage or private parking, but you can park on the street about 120 m away from the house free of charge. The house is located right in the town of Alcudia, so you will have direct neighbours.
This house is the right choice if you love the village life, but you want the sea nearby. The old town of Alcudia with small pretty cobbled streets it is a “must” when you visit Mallorca. From the old wall you have a magnificent view of the sea and the town of Alcúdia. There are many small bars and fine restaurants where you can stop for a coffee or snack. Every Tuesday and every Sunday is market day in the old town of Alcudia and the city turns into a lively place with lots of people. Do not forget to visit the Roman ruins, the Bullring and the Amphitheatre.
In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia and the harbour. There is always something going on, especially in summer. If you like it a little quieter, then the areas of Barcarès, Malpas and Bonaire are just right. In 1-2 km you will reach the quieter sandy and rocky beaches of this region. There are also many excursions and hiking tours. A hike to the church "La Victoria" is highly recommended because it has a wonderful view from there of the sea. There are also many other interesting coves and beaches like: Formentor, Alcanada, Cala de Sant Vicente, Playa de Muro and many more.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
