Welcome to this impressive and modern town house in sa Pobla that offers accommodation for 5 people.
The main terrace of this house is the perfect place to relax with a hearty breakfast, or enjoy a little sun on one of the two sun loungers, before setting out to explore the island for the day. On the way back, you can also enjoy a tasty dinner outdoors in the cool of the summer evenings. Then, a second upper terrace, which can be accessed from a bedroom, invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in peace and quiet.
The house offers very spacious and comfortable rooms. As you enter, you will find an impressive room that unifies the living room with TV, the dining area and the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, everything you need for cooking and a small island with stools that gives a touch of life to this space. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. This main floor is completed by a toilet (shower not available). Up the stairs, you come to a second living room and the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, space for a cot and high chair, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed, air conditioning, access to the upper terrace, a chest of drawers and a coat hanger. And the last one, also with a clothes hanger and chest of drawers for your clothes, has a single bed. Finally, the upper floor has a bathroom with a bathtub.
The accommodation is located just a few metres from the centre of Sa Pobla, where you will find a multitude of bars and restaurants serving Mallorcan food, tapas or other styles. On Sundays there is a weekly market with lots of fruit, vegetables and other local produce. The northern beaches are about 15 minutes drive away, including Son Serra de Marina, the nearest, or Playas de Muro and Can Picafort. The golf course at Pollença is 10 km away if you fancy a round of golf and a fun day out.

6 guests reviewed this property. Das Haus ist modern gestaltet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings war die reichlich ausgestattete Küche hinsichtlich Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber gewesen uns sollte teils erneuert werden. Auch der Geschirrspüler kam unsmangels vernünftiger Befestigungen entgegen. Neben den defekten großen Rollos im Wohn-/Essraum, die besser verankert werden müssen (kamen ebenfalls ein paarmal runter), sollte auch der defekte Trockner getauscht werden. Das Mobiliar reicht von altem Sofa über IKEA-Möbeln bis zu stylischer Einzelstücken. Ansonsten war alles notwendige vorhanden und wir haben uns in dem günstig gelegenen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Ebenso die Abwicklung über den Vermarkter Homerti verlief für uns störungsfrei. Soweit Mängel behoben würden, könnten wir uns einen erneuten Aufenthalt vorstellen.
The house is modern and we felt comfortable. However, the well-equipped kitchen was not clean in terms of crockery and cutlery and some of it needed to be replaced. The dishwasher was also a problem for us due to the lack of proper fastenings. In addition to the defective large blinds in the living/dining room, which need to be anchored better (they also came down a few times), the defective dryer also needs to be replaced. The furniture ranges from old sofas to IKEA furniture to stylish individual pieces. Otherwise, everything we needed was there and we felt very comfortable in the conveniently located house. The processing via the marketer Homerti also went smoothly for us. As long as deficiencies were corrected, we could imagine staying again.
