Fantastic house for 7 people, with shared pool. It is located in a quiet and beautiful urbanisation 1.8 km away from the amazing beach in Playa de Gandía.
Enjoy a refreshing and nice swim in the shared pool of this family complex of beautiful houses. This is a chlorine pool sizing 7 x 3 metres and with a depth between 1.10 and 1.80 metres. It is perfect if you are travelling with children because the pool courtyard is fenced, The private terrace of the house invites to enjoy a good breakfast before going to the beach or coming to know the coastal area. You also can enjoy a delicious barbecue al fresco when coming back home.

The accommodation features spacious rooms along three floors. The ground and the first floors are equipped with ducted air-conditioning and heat pump. We can enter the house form the terrace and so you will find a lively living room where you can rest while watching TV. The kitchen comes after a great arch, and it offers an induction top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and, basically, all appliances to cook your best recipes. Right here you find a table with chairs and a large bench but you also can enjoy your meals at the glazed dining room. A shower bathroom completes this main floor. Upstairs, you find a great bedroom highlighted by the wood around. It offers a double bed, a walk-in closet, space for a cot, an en-suite shower bathroom with a hydro-massage bath and even a fireplace! Finally, going down from the main floor to the basement you find another two shower bathrooms and three bedrooms with a closet each. Two of them come with a double bed and the last one has a single bed. A high chair and a fan are available on request.

The area of Playa de Gandia invites to come at any moment of the year for your vacation. The beach, with its fine sand and crystalline water, is the best option for families or groups of friends. The promenade is perfect for long walks to later enjoy an appetiser in a terrace or bar beach by the seashore and to finish the day tasting the delicious Mediterranean cuisine at some restaurant. You won't miss a service during your stay since the area is full of supermarkets, bars, and restaurants of all kinds, even theme parks, and the town centre, where you can come to know the picturesque history of the town.
