Man ist in 2 min an der Bucht S Almunia oder der Cala Muro.Es fehlen Liegen zum Sonnen und diverse Hausartikel, leider ist der Fluss des Wassers hier etwas softer. Die Haustür schließt schlecht und die Lichter im Schlafraum haben Wackelkontakt und funktionieren nur teilweise.

Welcome to this house for 6 guests with magnificent views to Cala S'almonia
The outdoor areas of this house are beatutiful: garden zones and a furnished terrace with sea and countryside views.
A 120m2-sized house is divided into 2 floors and features 3 bedrooms with AC on the 1st floor (one double and 2 twins). A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are two bathrooms: one is on the ground floor in the garage and the other is on the 1st floor.
A cozy living-dining room with AC is a perfect place to rest on the sofa after a hot beach day enjoying sea views or just reading your favourite book. The kitchen is equipped with a gas plate and all necessary kitchenware to cook delicious meals. You will find also a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board.
Cala Salmonia is a beautiful cove which belongs to Santanyi and where you can spend a relaxing day and enjoy the tranquility of the area. In Santanyi you will find everything what you need for your stay. Other lovely beaches in this zone among others are Es Caló des Moro or Cala Llombards.

Positiv:Perfekt zum Abschalten, Relaxen und einfach nur die Natur vor Ort genießen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist immer wieder fantastisch, besonders morgens und abends. Bis zum EsTrenc sind es nur 20 min mit dem Auto. Alles in Allem immer wieder toll. Negativ:Leider ist die Bucht Cala S´Almunia bzw. Cala de Moro vor Ort sehr vom Tourismus belaufen. Mittlerweile sind zwar die Straßen nur für Anwohner und Urlauber zugelassen, aber es herscht ein reger Wandertourismus vor Ort. Die Bucht ist auch durch die Belastung der Besucher in Mitleidenschaft gezogen.

See more Positiv:Mega tolle Aussicht, sehr schöne Lage. Riesige Terrasse und Sonnendach. Sehr schönes Haus im mallorquinischen Stil.Negativ: Autos bzw. Verkehr von Touristen welche zur Cala Moro oder Cala S´Almuia wollen. Der Geheimtipp ist somit kein Geheimtipp mehr :-/
