Welcome to this beautiful house by the sea in Oliva. It offers accommodation to 5 guests that will feel at home.
A wonderful terrace as well as a beautiful porch, perfectly furnished, invite to organise delicious breakfasts with your family and friends. After a long day at the beach, you can wash off the salt and sand under the spray of the exterior shower and then the family chef can prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy alfresco.

The house comprises just one floor for all the rooms. The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, featuring a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a table with chairs so that you can relax, rest or prepare for a long evening. The kitchen, with views to the living, offers a ceramic top and all needed tools to cook during your vacation. There is a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will find three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another with a single bed and the last one with twin beds. All of them offer a closet, radiator and fan. A baby cot and a high chair are available. There is a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the accommodation.

The location is privileged since it is just a few steps away from the beach of Oliva, so it will be a real pleasure to be able to swim or sunbathe simply on the sand. You can also practice water sports like sky-surf, among many others. The property is only 2 minutes away from the riding club of Oliva Nova where you can enjoy particular classes or even a championship. The golf course is also near as well as the Natural Park of Montgó.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
