The exterior of this beautiful urbanization house are simple but really cosy. The porch invites you to enjoy of a tasty breakfast every morning accompanied by amazing views of the lake channel. Right after, the strip of garden is perfect for a little reading o to have fun with the youngest ones of the family, in case you travel with them. Then, you can enjoy, once again, of the porch while you are preparing a delicious open-air barbecue and, after resting, go to the beach, to which you arrive in a few a minutes walking.

The interior of the house, which consists of two floors, offers a fairly modern style, particularly in the common zones. On the main floor, there is a living room, ideal to rest watching the satellite TV next to the air-conditioner; the cheerful kitchen that features a ceramic stove, oven, large worktops and dining space; and a toilette. Going upstairs, you will find two bathroom with bathtub and three dormitories with wardrobe, one with a double bed and air-conditioner, and the rest with two single beds and balcony. There is also availability for a crib and a high chair. The laundry, indenpendent, has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The location of the house is perfect since everything you need is accessible on foot, as endless bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, shops of all kinds, supermarkets, public transport, etc. In high season, there is a bus every 15 minutes to get closer to Can Picafort or, even, Palma, among others. As for the beach, Puerto de Alcúdia is one of the most desired places in summer for vacations, since its beach is a true paradise of crystal-clear waters and fine white sand. And the best part is that you have it at only 500 meters away!
