This wonderful town house is located in the old town of Pollensa and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
There are two nice terraces, where you can finish off the day with a fine glass of wine.

This property offers accommodation on 126 m2 and three floors. Both double bedrooms are located on the first floor and you will find two shower bathrooms in the house. We can supply a cot and a high chair in case you travel with a baby.

Furthermore, there is a nicely furnished sitting room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob and a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the second floor, you will find a colourfull chill-out area with futons and mattresses to have a rest.

After a tasty dinner and a few glasses of wine, it is not necessary to take a car, as this lovely home is located directly in the old town of Pollensa. There, you can take a walk through the cobbled streets or visit the Calvary. Above, there is a tiny chapel and a viewpoint with stunning views over the bay of Pollensa. Regarding the beaches, you could go to Puerto de Pollensa or Cala Sant Vicente. The small gravel bay Cala Bóquer is only accessible by foot and there is a nice trail, which lasts about one hour.


Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
