Detached family house in Son Serra de Marina, Mallorca North, with capacity for 6 guests.
After a nice day on the beach, unwind on the spacious terrace while reading a good book or sunbathing on one of the four loungers. If you like cooking, you will be able to prepare tasty meat and vegetables on the barbecue or a pizza baked in a wood-burning oven. Because of the pine trees, the terrace is a shady place. Kids may enjoy the swings while adults refresh having an exterior shower. The plot is fenced and there are next door neighbours.
The single-storey house is simply decorated. There is a living-dining room where you can watch a film on TV-SAT or DVD. The dining table can seat 6 people around the dining table and enjoy a good home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment, including a gas hob and cooking utensils. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms to relax in, all with wardrobes. The first bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with shower is attached to the house, so access is from the outside. There is a second bathroom with shower that completes the main house. There is a cot and high chair.
The quiet urbanization Son Serra de Marina is in the North of Mallorca. The natural beach is a mix of rocks, sand and pebbles and it is only 400 meters away. At the same time, the marina is quite close to this beach. At the end of the village, there's another nice natural sand beach and a restaurant. More services, supermarkets and leisure activities can be found in Can Picafort, 10 minutes driving. Son Serra de Marina is the right place for relax seekers, to enjoy nature and hike.

They don't bother you, they are just there. When it's 20 degrees or more in the night, the fan might not be the best (better to have AC), but these are small details. Overall, a great place for short-term stays

Es hat alles bis einwandfrei funktioniert. Auf Anfragen wurde sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet. Auch alles was mit Bezahlung und Kaution zu tun hatte klappte reibungslos, genau wie die nachträgliche Änderungen der Anzahl der Gäste.
Everything worked perfectly. Inquiries were responded to very quickly and helpfully. Everything that had to do with payment and deposit went smoothly, as did the subsequent changes to the number of guests.
See more Vřele doporučuji toto ubytování pro rodinu s dětmi či větší skupinu. Dům je útulný, prostorný. Zahrada má velké množství stínu, můžete zde tedy odpočívat a stolovat po celý den. K dispozici je gril a hned vedle najdete obchod s příjemnou obsluhou a vším potřebným. Pláž je blízko, pokud máte ale auto doporučuji vyzkoušet různá místa ke koupání v okolí. V domě bylo čisto, vše perfektně připraveno. Skvělé vybavena kuchyň. Nic nám nechybělo. Děkuji!
I highly recommend this accommodation for a family with children or a larger group. The house is cozy and spacious. The garden has a lot of shade, so you can relax and dine here all day long. There is a grill and right next door you will find a shop with pleasant service and everything you need. The beach is close, but if you have a car, I recommend trying different places for swimming in the vicinity. The house was clean, everything was perfectly prepared. Great equipped kitchen. We didn't miss anything. Thank you!

See more Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) konnte drei wunderschöne Wochen im Haus und der Umgebung verbringen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus verfügt im umlaufenden Außenbereich über eine große Anzahl von Bäumen, die auch an heißen Tagen einen schattigen Aufenthalt im Freien ermöglichen. Zudem über eine große offene Dachterrasse die wir Abends zum Sternebeobachten intensive genutzt haben. Insbesondere ist die ruhige aber zugleich zentrale Lage des Hauses hervorzuheben, alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen (kleiner familiärer Supermarkt liegt um die Ecke), Restaurants ca. 250m und der Naturstrand inkl. einer gemütlichen Strandbar ca. 350m entfernt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!
Our family (2 adults and 4 children) was able to spend three wonderful weeks in the house and the surrounding area. The house is fully equipped and we didn't miss anything. The house has a large number of trees in the surrounding outdoor area, which make it possible to stay outside in the shade even on hot days. There is also a large open roof terrace which we used intensively in the evenings for stargazing. What is particularly noteworthy is the quiet but central location of the house, everything is within walking distance (small family supermarket is around the corner), restaurants are about 250m away and the natural beach including a cozy beach bar is about 350m away. We can only recommend the house and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

The small super market is just around the corner, which makes it easy to everything directly onsite. The beach u can just walk to 5 min downhill and a little bit more up hill. The area is clean, safe and quite with only single family home areas around. It’s a great place to start day trips to near cities ans beaches. Overall we can just recommend it.

Extremely pleasant house inside and out. The shaded terrace is very pleasant and very cool even in the heat. The equipment is very complete. The shed with its bedroom and shower is a plus in the comfort of this property. The location is quiet and close to the sea and its beautiful and large beach. Very easy entry and exit conditions. We recommend without hesitation!!!!!!!!!
See more Este año hemos repetido y la experiencia ha sido nuevamente maravillosa. La cercanía al mar, y al bosquecito con el barco pirata para niños es ideal, y no digamos el campito de futbol al que nuestros hijos iban solitos. La casa está muy bien cuidada y lo mejor sin igual es su terraza a la sombra de los pinos. Hay un supermercado justo al lado que facilita mucho las compras improvisadas. Fue muy agradable encontrar al propietario cuando nos íbamos. El trato personal es maravilloso aunque reconocemos que lo del código y las llaves en la cajita es muy práctico.
This year we repeated and the experience has been wonderful again. The proximity to the sea, and the little forest with the pirate ship for children is ideal, not to mention the little soccer field where our children went alone. The house is very well maintained and the best thing without equal is its terrace in the shade of the pine trees. There is a supermarket right next door which makes impromptu shopping much easier. It was very nice to meet the owner when we were leaving. The personal treatment is wonderful although we recognize that the code and keys in the box are very practical.
See more Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, selbst eine Auswahl an Duschpflegemitteln und etc waren vorhanden. Die beiden Häuser und das gesamte Grundstück war sehr sauber und teilweise renoviert. Nach einer Woche wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausgewechselt. Wir waren fast jeden Tag am Strand und man kann von der Grundstiickstiir das wunderschöne türkise Meer sehen. Der Supermarkt ist zwei Häuser weit entfernt und alles was man braucht. Für jeden Raum gab es Ventilatoren und Mückenabwehr. Letzteres kam regelmäßig zum Einsatz. Nach einem Strandtag war es wunderschön, sich einwenig auf der Terrasse abzukühlen und dort zu grillen. schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen.
We had a fantastic time in the house. We didn't miss anything, even a selection of shower care products etc. were available. The two houses and the entire property were very clean and partially renovated. After a week, towels and bed linen were changed. We were at the beach almost every day and you can see the beautiful turquoise sea from the property. The supermarket is two houses away and has everything you need. There were fans and mosquito repellents for each room. The latter was used regularly. After a day at the beach, it was wonderful to cool off on the terrace and have a barbecue. quick response to questions.

“La terraza es espectacular si vas con niños y te gusta disfrutar del fresquito que da la sombra de los pinos gigantes que lo cubren. La casa estaba muy limpia a la llegada y con todo muy bien cuidado y en buen estado. Las sartenes geniales, los cuchillos que cortaban de maravilla, y tener lavavajillas nos fue genial con tantos niños. Estar junto al minimarket fue muy práctico aunque no dejaba de haber una tranquilidad absoluta en la zona.”
“The terrace is spectacular if you go with children and you like to enjoy the coolness provided by the shade of the giant pine trees that cover it. The house was very clean upon arrival and with everything very well maintained and in good condition. The great pans, the knives that cut wonderfully, and having a dishwasher was great for us with so many children. Being next to the minimarket was very practical although it was still absolutely quiet in the area.”
