The house was completely renewed in 2012, but owners kept the flair of the original house. It is very convenient and cosy. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, which make it perfect for family holidays. It is completely furnished and equipped, so that you will have everything you could need during your stay.
The first bedroom has a double bed while the second one has got two double bunk beds. The living room is versatile and cosy. It is the perfect place to relax on one of the sofas or on the traditional Majorcan rocking chairs.
There is a very nice kitchen fitted with: blender, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric oven, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, etc. Obviously there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The inner courtyard is the right place to get all together and enjoy summer meals outdoors. It is a corner of the house that keeps the essence of the traditional fishermen’s houses in the area. It preserves the architecture in which many areas of the house are accessible through the courtyard; kitchen, bath and laundry room. On the front side of the house there is a terrace with views to the sea, where you can enjoy the sunset. Local people used to open all the windows and let the marine breeze come in, do as they did!
The house is just nearby the sea promenade of s’Illot. Here you can reach all the facilities and services you could need during your unforgettable holiday in Majorca. Walk along the beach and reach Sa Coma or Cala Morlanda. S’Illot is located in a very attractive and well linked area (from Porto Cristo to Cala Bona, with Punta de n’Amer, a natural coastal protected area).
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
