Modern 3-storey semi-detached house a coastal residential area of Daimus, which offers views of the village and comfortably accommodates 10 people.
This property has a private lawn of 50 m2, with a fantastic fixed barbecue where you can delight your guests. In the same area you can relax and get away from your routine on the two deck-chairs provided or enjoy great meals outdoors with family and friends in the furnished porch of 9.7 m2. On the first floor, there is a terrace of 4.5 m2 which is accessed through two of the bedrooms. The privacy of the house is partial. There is outdoor parking space for two cars.
The air-conditioned living-dining room is perfect for getting away by watching TV or a DVD, or sharing endless table-talks with family and friends. The kitchen, which is separated from the living-dining room with a small wall, is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a glass-ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. There are four bedrooms: three on the first floor (two double-bedded and one triple-bedded with a bunk and a trundle bed) and one on the second floor (also triple-bedded with a bunk and a trundle bed). There are three bathrooms: a toilet on the ground floor and two full bathrooms with bath (one en-suite) on the first floor. This house is equipped with air conditioning in the living-dining-kitchen area, and in two bedrooms.
Daimus is a village 3 km from Gandia. This town has a fine white sandy beach, with beautiful dunes. Although it is not as extensive as that of Gandia, it is quieter, less crowded and more familiar. If you are looking for relax and tranquillity, do not hesitate to come to this wonderful beach. And, of course, if what you want is to enjoy a good meal, you should visit one of the local restaurants awarded a Michelin star.
As for cultural visits, you can visit the 19th century Church of San Pedro Apostol, which was built over a previous 15th century temple; a 19th century manor house (La Casa Grande), located in the Plaza Jaime I; or the public laundry, located in Calle Assagador, where formerly women used to wash the clothes.
In summer there are small rides for children at the promenade and an evening market on Fridays in the months of July and August.
NOTE: This holiday rental cannot accept customers under 26 unless they travel with their parents. We need ID card copies of each guest to accept the booking.
Pets under 20 kg are welcome.
