In S'Estanyol de Migjorn, only 3 km from the beach, this beautiful house of the village is perfect for 6 people.
Do you feel like starting the day with breakfast under the porch on a beautiful sunny day? You can also prepare a rich barbecue accompanied by a bottle of wine under a starry night of the Mediterranean. You have at your disposal a wood oven which is ideal to prepare some pizzas. You will only have to buy some wood and then enjoy. In general, all exterior areas of the house invite you to be in family and relax.
The house has a large and comfortable living room where you can watch TV. The kitchen of induction has place for 6 people and direct access to the garden. You have an independent room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, one bedroom with double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each. From the last you can go out on the outside terrace. We can provide you a crib and highchair for a baby. There are two bathrooms with tub for the whole house. In the house there are up to 3 fans for the hottest months, and two radiators for the cooler ones.
S'Estanyol de Migjorn is a quiet urban center at the south coast of the island, within the term of Llucmajor, located between the flattest point and Sa Rápita. Here you can find restaurants, bars and the beach of Sa Ràpita. Following 1.5 km more, you can find the nice and extensive beach of Es Trenc, one of the best and idyllic beaches of Mallorca. In fact, it is considered a natural landscape by its crystalline waters and its fine white sand. Taking a cocktail on the beach will be a dream.

Amazing house for small groups. With a rental car everything is reasonably close by - ideal for privacy. ? Only improvement which we would ask for is WiFi.
Muy buena experiencia, la casa es muy prolija y cuenta con todo lo básico para la estadía. La ubicación esta bien para recorrer las diferentes playas. Aunque si su plan es salir de bares e ir de fiesta por la noche, el pueblo Estanyol no se caracteriza por tener vida nocturna y queda lejos del centro de Palma. Muy recomendable lugar y con un trato muy amable.

Great house in a quiet village close to the sea. Ping pong table and closed garden was great for kids. Bakery and restaurants next door. Short walk to a small beach to the west or short car trip to Sa rapita for a larger one. Far from the busy cities near Palma but only 15 minutes from Campos for supermarket.
See more This house is wonderful for families, with lots of toys/ games readily available for you to use & lots of space inside and out for you to enjoy. Facilities, this house has had everything we needed and more. Great oven, large fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and lots more. The area is peaceful, nice residential area, close to a small beach, couple of local restaurants and a local shop. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels for us all. If you like peace & quiet & beautiful scenery then this is the location/ house for you.The house was brilliant! The kids loved playing in the play house & table tennis. Regarding facilities, you had everything we needed and more. The wine to welcome us was a lovely, thank you. The only problem we had was with the showers, we struggled to get the shower head at a decent angle for a proper shower. We had to hold it with one hand but we managed fine. This definitely didn't affect our stay but would make someone else's stay a lot smoother. Would definitely recommend to everyone! Was a lovely home, thank you once again.“Good location, local shop & restaurants nearby. In residential area, lovely and peaceful. ”
