Beautiful town house located within Denia, with a fantastic covered barbecue area and only 230 metres away from the beach. It is perfect for 6 guests.
This accommodations presents a terrace on two levels. A part of it is furnished so it is the perfect place to spend the best outdoors evenings enjoying a delicious grilled recipe at the covered barbecue. The second half is more spacious and it invites either to relax chatting with your family together with a glass of wine while the family chefs cook or to have fun with the little ones, for example.

The one storey house has a beach style thanks to the combination of blue and white. This style can mostly be felt at the kitchen, due to its beautiful and peculiar cabinets. The kitchen is featured with a ceramic hob. The dining area shares room with the living one and it is equipped with a large table and six chairs. The two couches and the air-conditioning will be your ally to rest for a while. You will also find an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms available, the three of the with a closet and a double bed, and a shower bathroom. We can provide a cot and a high chair for your baby and 2 radiators in case it is colder any day.

Denia is a little town located between Oliva and Javea, which is part of the so called Costa Blanca, with about 20 km of coast divided among the rocky beach of Las Rotas and the fine sandy beach of Les Marines, so you can choose a best destiny. There, you can not only swim, sunbathe or practice water sports, but also have an appetiser in any of the beach bars. Denia is surrounded by a privileged environment and it offers a never ending set of possibilities and services for our guests.
