Una grata sorpresa al llegar. La casa estaba bastante mejor de lo q aparecía en el anuncio. Hay una piscina portátil redonda del tamaño de un jacuzzi grande q es de agradecer. No es q sea enorme xo tampoco es una pisciana de niños pequeños. La terraza de arriba ya estaba terminada, y tb un segundo baño abajo q aunque cuando nosotros fuimos faltaba por terminar la ducha se agradece bastante. También estaba arreglada la puerta de la valla exterior, ya q en las fotos de Google Maps aún aparecía sin puerta. Solo se echaba en falta el aire acondicionado que sustituimos por unos ventiladores. Vamos q la casa estaba fenomenal sobre todo para el precio q pagamos. Muy recomendable

Welcome to this lovely house for 8+1 guests close to the sea in Oliva.
The outdoor areas are very pretty: a spacious garden, a large terrace, two porches (one of them is equipped) and a BBQ for cooking lovers.
A 160m2-sized house is divided into 2 floors. A cozy living-dining-kitchen room is a perfect space to rest after a beach day or just watch TV. An American kitchen with a vitro-ceramic plate is equipped with all necessary kitchenware to cook delicious meals and has a dining corner. You will find also a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board. On the 1st floor you will find a hall which gives access to the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms (two double bedroom and 2 twins). Two bedrooms have wardrobes to keep clothes. There is a toilet on the ground floor and bathroom with shower on the first floor. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. The fourth door which leads to a terrace will be closed and can not be used.
Oliva Nova area is a lovely residential area with the best beaches. Here you will find all necessary amenities needed during vacation: bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Close to it there is also a golf camp "Oliva Nova Golf" and a hipic club.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
