Welcome to this beautiful house with partial sea views in Can Picafort! It is only 200 metres away from the beach and has capacity for 4 people.
This is a house on the ground floor where you will feel the soft breeze of the sea while you enjoy your breakfast with your loved ones at one of its terraces. The front side of the house presents one of the terraces which is perfectly furnished with a table and chairs as well as the backyard. There also is a top terrace which becomes the perfect sun deck where you will be able to bask in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers or prepare a barbecue while enjoying an appetiser and the sea views in the distance.

The house features a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV. the kitchen offers everything you need to cook including a mixer, toaster, electric coffee maker, fridge, electric oven an induction top. Of course, you also have a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house features 3 bedrooms with a closet each and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a single bed, the second one has a big single bed (135 cm) and the third one, which is accesible by climbing some steps from the backyard, offers a double bed. The two bathrooms are outside in the backyard so they are exterior bathrooms, and one has a shower while the other has a tub. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

The location of this accommodation is perfect because all you need is reachable on foot: the sandy beach, lots of restaurants and cafes, pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, ice-cream parlours, taxi and bus stops, etc. The sandy beach is a few metres away and it is perfect for little children thanks to its shallow and quiet waters. But you can visit other beaches by car or bus like Playa de Muro, son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa. The town centre of Alcudia, with its cobble stone streets are also worth a visit specially because of the squares, churches and the medieval wall around the village. It specially becomes a lively place on Tuesday or Sunday mornings thanks to the street market where you can acquire local products.
