Welcome in this lovely holiday house in Puerto de Alcúdia! If you love the beach and the sea, this house is the right place for you.
The exterior of the house is wonderful. It has a terrace at the front, 20 m2, with a table for 4 people, also at the back of the house has a beautiful and quiet lawn garden of about 35m2 with a parasol and two sun loungers, a barbecue and a table for 6 people to enjoy summer dinners outdoors.
The townhouse located on a ground floor of 105m2 and with no neighbours above, is ideal for couples with children. In the living room there is an AC and a comfortable 6-seater sofa where you can relax, watch TV, read a good book or take a nap. The separate kitchen has everything you need to cook during your holiday; a toaster, coffee machine, gas oven, gas cooker and fridge with freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms with AC. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, one has two single beds and the third has two single beds in the form of a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.
The location of the flat is perfect as everything you need is within walking distance; plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical centre and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes in the direction of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or other directions such as Palma. In Puerto de Alcúdia there are all kinds of restaurants, leisure activities and shops. The nearest large supermarket is on the road from the village of Alcúdia to Can Picafort, near a petrol station about 300m from the house. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, is worth a visit; its squares, the church and the walls surrounding the town. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town is transformed into a bustling and lively place. Don't forget to visit the Roman ruins, highly recommended. By car or bus you can easily reach other areas such as Playa de Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. Cala de San Vicente is also worth a visit. The village of Pollença and its small church on the top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good option for a half-day excursion. To climb the Calvari you have to climb a staircase with 365 steps, but the views are well worth it!

Sehr nah zum Strand, aber auch zu Straße ( muss man beachten) - Besitzer sind sehr nett. Ich hatte Problem dass die Pfannen gekratzt sind. Ich habe gebeten neue zu kaufen wegen Kindern. Die haben am Ende neue Pfanne und Topf gekauft für uns! - Kinder hatten Knopf in der Toilette rausgeholt und irgendwo versteckt, wir haben Homerti Team gesagt und die Besitzer hatten neue Knopf gekauft. Matratzen - Fernbedienung für Klimaanlage nur gegen Geld.
Very close to the beach, but also to the street (you have to pay attention) - owners are very nice. I had a problem with the pans being scratched. I asked to buy new ones because of children. They ended up buying new pans and pots for us! - Children had taken out the button in the toilet and hidden it somewhere, we told Homerti Team and the owners had bought new buttons. Mattresses - remote control for air conditioning only for money.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans la maison. L'emplacement est top, la maison est super, très agréable avec tout le confort et très propre. Il n'y a rien que nous n'ayons pas apprécié. Si ce n'est que l'usage de la climatisation soit payant. Cependant il y a des ventilateurs à disposition donc tout va bien !
We had a very nice stay in the house. The location is great, the house is great, very pleasant with all the comforts and very clean. There was nothing we didn't like. Except that there is a charge for the use of air conditioning. However there are fans available so everything is fine!

La casa muy cómoda, la cocina espectacular, con montón de vajilla, ollas de varios tipos y tamaños, electrodomésticos, en fin, pudimos cocinar con facilidad como si estuviéramos en casa. El entorno es fabuloso, en un barrio muy tranquilo. La playa que queda más próxima a la casa (a 200 metros) está increíble, tranquila. Es importante saber que en verano en la isla hay mosquitos, por lo que recomendaría pagar el uso de aires acondicionados en la casa, y llevar repelente. Sin dudas es el mejor alojamiento en el que nos quedamos en nuestra estancia en Mallorca.
The accommodation is fantastic. The house was very comfortable, the kitchen was spectacular, with lots of dishes, pots of various types and sizes, appliances, in short, we were able to cook easily as if we were at home. The environment is fabulous, in a very quiet neighborhood. The beach closest to the house (200 meters away) is incredible, quiet. It is important to know that in summer on the island there are mosquitoes, so I would recommend paying for the use of air conditioners in the house, and bringing repellent. Without a doubt it is the best accommodation we stayed in during our stay in Mallorca.

Maison mitoyenne très propre, entièrement équipée et agréable. Le logement est situé à deux pas de la plage et dispose de parasols et de jeux/bouées pour s'amuser en bord de mer. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, la présence d'un barbecue est aussi très appréciable. Merci beaucoup !

superiore alle aspettative, la casa é in posizione strategica, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort, ci sono anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Ci hanno lasciato nel frigo una bottiglia d'acqua come anche sapone per i piatti e spugne e qualche rotolo di carta da gabinetto, cosa molto apprezzata per i primo giorno che arrivi dal viaggio :) I padroni si sono presentati al primo giorno per assicurarsi che andava tutto bene, molto carini. Grazie di tutto e buona continuazione Francesca e famiglia provenienti dalla Svizzera
superior to expectations, the house is in a strategic position, very clean and equipped with all comforts, there is also a washing machine and dishwasher. They left a bottle of water in the fridge as well as dish soap and sponges and a few rolls of toilet paper, which was much appreciated for the first day you arrive from the trip :) The hosts showed up on the first day to make sure that everything was fine, very nice. See more Krásný a čistý domek, velmi milý uvítací balíček, skvělé vybavený dům i zahrada. Majitelé nám vyšli ve všem vstříc, kauce byla za 3 dny zpět na mém účtu. Na pláž to bylo asi 3 min pěšky. Byly jsme opravdu spokojeni. Jediné, co bylo nemilé, byla cena za klimatizaci - 20 euro na den je opravdu nemravná částka. Ale vše ostatní bylo perfektní.
Beautiful and clean house, very nice welcome package, great equipped house and garden. The owners accommodated us in everything, the deposit was back in my account in 3 days. It was about a 3-minute walk to the beach. We were really satisfied. The only thing that was unpleasant was the price for air conditioning - 20 euro per day is really an immoral amount. But everything else was perfect.

The rooms aren't very big so anything other than small children sharing the twin room or bunks could be a bit tight but manageable.

Está en una ubicación fantástica para un tramo particularmente encantador de playa. Ya nos habíamos alojado en Pinya antes y eso en sí es nuestra recomendación.Ya sabíamos que no había aire acondicionado, pero nos apañamos la última vez con la ayuda de los ventiladores portátiles. Sin embargo, no había ninguno en esta ocasión, lo que supuso que tuviéramos que comprar el nuestro. Obviamente, tuvimos que dejarlo, así que esperamos que los siguientes invitados no tengan problemas.
It is in a fantastic location for a particularly lovely stretch of beach. We had stayed at Pinya before and that in itself is our recommendation. We already knew there was no air conditioning, but we managed last time with the help of portable fans. However, there weren't any on this occasion, which meant we had to buy our own. Obviously we had to leave it, so we hope the next guests don't have any problems.

The supermarket Eroski is also accessible by foot, roughly 8 minutes away. Despite being close to a large road, it is very quiet inside the house. See more Es handelt sich um eine Art Doppelhaushälfte mit schönem Außenbereich. Sehr gut für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder). Das Grundstück war gut gesichert, so dass die Kinder frei im Garten spielen konnten. Auf der Terasse konnte man gut essen und gemütlich sitzen. Die Einrichtung bietet alles, was man braucht. V. a. die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Einige Möbel waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wohnzimmer hätte gern etwas gemütlicher sein können. Da wir im Herbst dort waren, haben wir die Abende meist drinnen verbracht. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Allerdings muss man eine größere Straße überqueren (Ortsdurchfahrt), von der auch etwas Autolärm das Haus erreicht. Kommunikation war gut über Homerti (auch auf deutsch) per Email. Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen gut gefüllten Obstkorb. Das war toll. Auf Nachfrage wurde ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Außerdem gab es reichlich Strandspielzeug. Die Parkplatzsuche war im Herbst sehr einfach (direkt vor dem Haus und kostenlos). Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
It is a type of semi-detached house with a beautiful outdoor area. Very good for us (2 adults and 2 small children). The property was well secured so that the children could play freely in the garden. You could eat well and sit comfortably on the terrace. The facility offers everything you need. V.a. the kitchen was well equipped. Some of the furniture was a bit old. The living room could have been a little more comfortable. Since we were there in the fall, we spent most of the evenings indoors. A very nice beach is not far away. However, you have to cross a larger street (through town), from which some car noise also reaches the house. Communication was good via Homerti (also in German) via email. Inquiries were answered quickly. We were greeted with a well-filled fruit basket. That was great. A baby cot and a high chair were provided upon request. There were also plenty of beach toys. Finding a parking space in the fall was very easy (right in front of the house and free). Overall, good value for money.

- Auf der großen Haupstraße, die fast direkt vor dem Haus entlang führt, ist auch nachts ständig Verkehr. + Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (ausreichend Handtücher, super Küchenausstattung -lediglich ein paar mehr große Kaffeetassen hätte es sein dürfen- sogar Sandspielzeug für die Kleinen und Sonnenschirme für den Strand). Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt: auf dem Tisch im Wohnzimmer stand ein Strauß frische Blumen, in der Küche eine Packung Kekse und ein reichlich gefüllter Obstkorb...im Kühlschrank sogar eine Flasche Wasser und einige Dosen Bier:) Auch das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt! Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter und auch den großen Supermarkt erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss.
- There is constant traffic on the large main street, which runs almost directly in front of the house, even at night. + The holiday home was very clean and very well equipped (enough towels, great kitchen equipment - only a few more large coffee cups could have been needed - even sand toys for the little ones and parasols for the beach). We felt very welcome: there was a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table in the living room, a pack of cookies and a well-filled fruit basket in the kitchen... there was even a bottle of water and a few cans of beer in the fridge :) The property was also very well maintained! The beach is only a few meters away and the large supermarket can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.

See more "Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft, nicht im direkten Touristen-Trubel aber doch sehr zentral gelegen. Für Familien mit Kindern optimal geeignet. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang mit ein paar leckeren Kleinigkeiten für uns und unsere kleine Tochter. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden bei einem erneuten Besuch in Alcudia diese wieder buchen.
