This charming semi-detached house in Puerto Alcudia accommodates 6 people.

Two-storey semi-detached 90m2-sized house is located in a coastal area 275m from the sea and offers 4 bedrooms. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: one is with a double bed and en suite bathroom, the second one has a trundle bed and the third is a single bedroom. On the ground floor you will find one more single bedroom. All the bedrooms have wardrobes. Beside the en suite bathroom the accommodation features a bathroom with shower which is on the first floor and a lavatory on the ground floor. The bedrooms are not air-conditioned but fans can be provided on request.

The living room and dining room share the same space and have air conditioning. In the living room there is a sofa where you can relax reading a book or watching satellite television. The dining area offers a table with 6 chairs. The open kitchen has everything you might need for cooking: microwave, toaster, kettle, electric oven and fridge with freezer. Obviously there is a separate room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

You can enjoy breakfasts on an equipped terrace or prepare barbecues and meals during warm summer evenings.

The garden has 90 m2 of lawn connected to the bank of the lake separated by a fence. Your car can be parked free of charge in front of the house on the street. The property is located in a suburb without direct neighbours.

The house has a perfect location because everything one needs for vacation is accessible on foot. Near the accommodation there is a petrol station, restaurants and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes to Puerto of Alcudia (center), Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and to other town. The sand beach is only 275 meters away.

Port of Alcudia offers a plenty of restaurants for every taste. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcudia and the town becomes a bustling, lively place. The ancient Roman ruins with its beautiful amphitheatre is a must place to visit in Alcudia.

By car or bus you can reach other beach areas: Playas de Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto Pollensa. We also recommend Cala San Vicente and town of Pollença with its Calvari Mountain and a charming square. To access the Calvari you have to climb 100 steps – but it is worth it!
